I didn’t even know there was a dedicated account rep for Chumba until about a month ago! It is amazing that there is someone who can help at any moment. My rep is Danny and he is wonderful! He often just sends out and email to see how my week is going and really personalizes the gaming experience for me.
My only real discontent with Chumba recently is the non winning issue- I can spend 100 bucks without even hitting a bonus or anything and the odds should be better than that especially playing lower dollar amounts more spins per 100 and to not hit at even a dollar spin is a little crazy to me. I know it’s a gamble but the odds seem like they should be better. My rep though is great and he is timely with responses. Luckily I have had no issues to report of with payouts or gameplay.

I love playing on the chumba site. I have never had a problem with any redemption and it all runs smoothly. I really love my representative Sofia. She is amazing!

The best slots/social casino I’ve ever played…payout is especially fast when you have a Chumba card and only takes a couple of days (once verified) with bank account redemption. I appreciate that VGW has given me the opportunity to have a more personal experience with timely responses, dedicated team members who reach out and show appreciation. I think my experience would be greater if they offered more discounts for gameplay. My cash outs are timely and I also appreciate that I never recieve a hassle with large cash outs, I just wish they were instant

I love VGA, Chumba is my favorite although I sometimes hit up LuckyLand as well. I like the graphics on Chumba a bit better. My rep (Robert) has been very accommodating with all of my gaming questions and needs. Although winning is always nice, I really mostly enjoy being able to play at home and have been playing for quite some time now. I will continue to share chumba with friends and family, especially some of my "older" ones that enjoy gaming but can't really get out of the house anymore for a traditional casino experience!!!!

I have encountered the most friendliest of customer service agents / tech support teams via email every time I have submitted a question or concern. Each time ai am given a clear cut answer to the question. Every transaction with this company has been completely authentic. I could easily reconcile the data to my own. The business processes for verification of identity is, unfortunately, a necessity these days. I think it is one of the fastest and most comprehensive in the industry. I haven’t personally heard of any data breeches. As a long time customer of all three brands the moment that I was approached to be given a direct contact for all my social gaming needs was the moment I was blown away with their dedication to supporting the player. Any other social casino will always be compared to my experience with VGW. The games are top notch and cutting edge. The customer service and account management teams are fantastic. Kudos to team Ritika A. You are always positive and up to any challenge I put in front of you. I expect nothing but the utmost professionalism and courtesy when I interact with her. And I get it from her 100% of the time. Even when i am wrong!

Games are super fun on the Chumba site, I have never experienced any issues so have not had to contact support for anything yet. The person I do get to contact ever is super nice and sweet! Have not won a grand jackpot yet, but it will come! Redemptions are easy to do and quick. I love Chumba!

I love Chumba! I was disappointed though when most of the games I enjoyed were no longer available in my state. I do enjoy new releases though. My rep (Giovanni) is so personable and treats me great! One suggestion is to up the daily bonus of free play for players who play often.

Good games, great graphics, customer support responds in a timely fashion. It’s just an all around good experience. Only issue is that the game kicks out and a lot sometimes, but that is the only complaint I have!
