Aloha!! I am very honored to be able to write a review about my experience with Chumba & Luckyland. My experience is Chumba as been nothing but superb. The host go out of their way to accommodate their players. Every transaction I’ve encountered has been a smooth process. Please be patient when completing the required documents as they are only taking every measurement for your own security and safety.
If I have a problem with a game or a glitch, I connect customer support and the problem is handled within a timely manner with excellent communication.
Some may have their doubts when it comes to playing on both these sites but I can ensure you, they are legit and if you have faith, you will see also that it’s an amazing site to have fun and enjoy the entertainment!!

So much to say about this social casino ! The customer service is fantastic! Very quick and reliable ! If they don’t have an answer right away give it no more then 2 days! The site is fun and has a lot to offer . I have my own AE and she is phenomenal! I do wish there was an instant withdrawal rather then waiting a day or 2 like a direct to pay pal option or what have you but nonetheless it’s a really great place to kill some time and maybe win a little.

I like the games that give bonus’ regularly. If they give a bonus every 16th roll or 23rd spin I’ll stay with it. It’s frustrating if the game waits until I have spent 30.00 before it starts giving bonus’. I’ve won quite a bit and it makes me happy when they pay my account sometimes within 2 business days. Another place took from March to September to pay. That feels dishonest. Another plus is I’ve convinced my husband because of Chumba’s business practices that not all online casinos are rigged. The casino boss’s at chumba are always helpful, polite and respectful. Thank you for treating me so well with birthday chips, etc.,

I have played luckyland slots and chumba casino for years now. Both have excellent varieties of games to choose from. I feel like the customer service ans support from VGW is much better than other sweepstakes casinos. My favorite part about luckylan is the speedy Cash outs and redemption approvals. I have never had any issues redeeming my prizes whether it was $100 or $21000. Luckyland is my favorite site to play on. I love the random scavenger hunts or tournaments they host. I will continue to support VGW.
