Beginning of March 2021 my friend sent me 3500€ on my VIABUY account. This genius didn’t accept the money and they actually closed my account saying they sent the 3500€ back to my friend the 9th of March. Of course that never happened. I contacted them several times and they said my friend MUST wait. I called again and the 7th of APRIL Ramona told me the money has been sent the same 7th of April. Today 13th of May my friend still doesn’t have his 3500€ back. Ramona lied to me. So has Ambra before her. Now one more idiotic excuse from Ambra last 6th of May saying that the third bank who supposed to send the money back to my friend didn’t get any reply from my friend’s bank. Yeah. This incompetents really don’t know how to lie anymore. How difficult can it be to send money where they came from? They never sent me the swift number of the transaction they made!! And they still lying saying they can’t contact the bank. Can you believe that?? Ramona lied. Ambra even more.
They are ROBBERS INCOMPETENTS and LIARS!! SHAME ON YOU!!!!

I couldn't access my account, because the phone number I registered with was not active anymore. After contacting viabuy for help, they changed my phone number and now I have my account back! Thank you!

I am in Dubai and my card got blocked 3 days ago, because someone tried to charge from it. The customer service does not react to my e-mails.
No one is helping me! This is an absolute disaster for me and I really got into trouble! Don’t trust this company! Customer Service is horrible!!

I lost my phone and I did not have access to the account, so the service in charge of that solved the matsalar in a short time and replaced the phone number with the new sim card in the data.

Bad service , bad responce , illiterate people working there ,you sent all info and still dont understand and asking.
I sent money from viabuy account to my other account becouse Germans dont support letter Š it come to misspelling and money returned back,,now they asking where did that money come from. I sent bank statement and explain what happened ,they still dont understand ...bad service .... '

Totally unnaceptable commissions if you do not use the card
Totally unaceptable the policy of this company. I contracted the card in 2019 to buy flight tickets as the price was cheaper, I loaded with more money than the flight costs. First you pay a initial fee of 69.9€, then each year 19.9€, but the most incredible thing is that as during 2020,due to pandemic I did not use the card to buy any fligh ( unfortunately) they discounted 9.95€ each month, so almost 120€, payed without any advise, only when they took all my money and could not continue discounting, advise me that the card would be cancelled in short time... Really unbelievable. This card is a fraud!!
