My experience with ViaBuy is very good

My experience with ViaBuy is very good. I just got my renewed card. I use the card for many transactions nowadays, especially travel and online subscriptions.
It’s easy to use & load money in a swift & efficient way. The only drawback is when one has specific questions. Not found on website.
Lately Communication have been easier fortunately. Response is also quite swift.

Yes I am absolutely satisfied on the support I have received. My card had an attempt of fraud by a travel agency that was "offering" me a free try of on month for some extras that I didn't asked for and there where now way (including international phone calls that never answered by human but machines) to reach them to tell them I didn't want those extras. So when the month try had been over, they tried several times to take money from my card, but fortunately it has been blocked by Viabuy. They could not catch any money from something I never ordered and I didn't want to have. Thank You Viabuy and thank You Amanda Oliver for the good and professional support You supplied to me.
