This company is very client unfriendly…

This company is very client unfriendly and doesn't help you at all when there's a difference in opinion. They're letting you pay for things that you have never used and aren't doing a thing to solve the problem. Called them serval times, but no answer.. My advise? Go for a different company when you're thinking about taking a creditcard

Scammers!!!
The same situation!!!I requested their card but I have neve Ever got it!!!And I sent them emails that I didn’t receive the card!!And Now,7 months later ,they sent me email that I have to pay 90€!!!Pay what for??Never ever seen this card and have to pay ??And now the threaten that they will send my documents to COLLECTION AGENCY and I will have to pay more!!
How bad is that???

Blocked account

I try to log in in my account for 5 days now. Nobody respond to me, i sended every day an mail. There is 5000 euro in my account and i need to pay my bills. I try to pay online and the card does not pay. i try to withdraw from cashmachine. they say my card dont work. Can somebody help me so i can get my money and use my acocunt. I am long time with viabuy never a problem. but now for first time a big ammount on my account and this happens. i am in big stress since i need to pay stuff

There was an error perhaps in the system for which I was asked to pay the annual fees, which have been already paid weeks back.

After contacting the Service Center, the matter was corrected and settled right away. I hope the cooperation goes well in the future as this first experience.

watch out for this company. they are scammers. they closed my access to the accounts without explaining why. there are 7300 euro on my account which I cannot withdraw for over a month. They stopped replying to my messages. If there is any law company here that can help me

Interesting service, but...

SHORT STORY

A couple of months ago, I ordered something online. Unfortunately, it couldnt be delivered, so I got my money back. But not on my Cryptocard, from which I ordered the stuff, but on this VIABUY Card.

Then, a couple days later, so around a week ago, I tried to log into my account. It kept saying that my password was wrong. So i changed it. But it still didnt work. THan I looked at the FAQ, and realized, that if you get a Refund to the card, that hasnt been purchased first on that account, the whole Account, including all your money inside, gets blocked.

I then send a request to unblock it. Then they answered, that I should provide an explanation why I get it refunded there, and what it has to do with BInance, as I like to regurarly put money in there.

I simply told them that I cant get a refund on a crypto card and I just like to invest in crypto in general. After that explanation, my passport (not scanned), and proof of income, they finally unblocked it. But they told me, that if they see me investing again in, as they call risky assets, that they will ban my account forever.So at the end, I was finally able to get all of my funds out of that system and swore to cancel it and never put any money in there ever again.

JUDGEMENT

Now, can someone tell me, who the f##k they are, to just freeze my account, ask me for a explanation, invade my privacy and threatening me to ban it forever if I invest in Crypto again? Such centralized tyrannical heavy handed responses, are the sole reason I completly quit on FIAT to live on Crypto.

But actually, I should thank them, as with little research, they now opened up an oppurtunity for me to get to crypto cheaper without relying on a greedy middleman, trying to control and profit from me.

I may have lost some nerves about that, but they lost an customer, got a bad review, and motivate me, to find another Crypto-Card Merchant, that is not that centralized and which is flexible in Fiat/Crypto Transactions. I was a customer for at least 6 years. by the way.

Obviously, im not the only one. I saw even worse complaints where people lost thousands of dollars on this. I really wonder what kind of morons are rating this positive. Or maybe its just bought likes. Its very expectable of such a company, as those frauds exist. I kind of know their answer to this. Whatever Copyandpaste answer will appear the next day, i say this:

"I, am not interested in your services anymore. But I gotta thank you a lot for the new oppurtunities I got. And now f##k off, please.

CONCLUSION

Companies like these, like to hide their clever manipulations behind their Terms and Conditions. Because afterwards, they can just claim, you agreed to this. But, seriously, unless you are a Freak about Laws and Regulations, who is really reading all of this in the "Legalize" Language? In my experience, 95 percent of people read it only half or skip it all, because its lonh and hard to understand. And then, after 3, 5 or 10 years, who will still remember all of what they read, as they dont tell you that they updated Terms and Conditions? You need a lawyer, to really understand this.

Let me have some last words.

If you have even a spark of self-respect and self-love in your body, mind and soul, than you will ignore this company forever and move on.

Scandalous Inhuman Humiliating Unprofessional

I am horrified when I read the number of negative reviews similar to my own experience. It seems that this organisation is specialised in fraudulent activities. I have had my accounts and funds blocked for 4 months after 7 Years being a client with no previous problems. I was told that I broke article 9.6 of Viabuys contract then referred to the website. 30 phones calls & 40 automated ticket numbers later there is no resolution of the problem. I am constantly asked for identification and notarised documentation to no end or avail. I was asked to prove that transactions took place, personal bank information and identification of other parties although these transactions passed through no less than 3 banks to arrive in my account authorised by the originating bank. This institution lacks organisation and is extremely unprofessional. Beware of Viabuy!
