Be careful!

Be careful with viabuy! They can close your account anytime they wish and ask for bunch of documents and even when you do provide them they wont reopen your account and just keep your funds with then.

Very sketchy company, no real information available off them.

DO NOT EVEN GET CLOSE TO THIS COMPANY

2 years ago I tried to have one of their card. They said they posted the card to me but I never received the card. After 2 years they send me an email and threaten me to pay about 200$ and If I don't, they send the case to a collection agency. So they want to charge me for nothing. And even they say that if I don't pay, they don't terminate my account and charges would increase each year. THIS IS ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!

I never received anything from you. And never used your service. Now I should pay about $200? In your universe it's my fault that you didn't give me anything?

Is this official scam company call them self VIABUY ??

I have no idea how much (sh it )and stupid company is this the send me card I didn't received...over 1 year ago and they said its been activated buy no in or out happened on the card or account and few days ago they send me email asking me to pay money 109€ for something I didn't get at the time .
However I did pay the money and I try to log in to see what happened in to this( sh it) scam company account it won't let me log in this (s hit )app of this stupid how make it and I send milion time requests to have new password to religion and they just ignore the stupid stuff of this SCAM company.
When I look back at my paperwork and email I received from them I realized that they changed the IBAN of my account and the card number is different then what I signed for when I get it over 1 year ago
...

Its absolutely 💯 scam
From my personal experience with them I can tell very sure dont get there with them.

NEVER use Viabuy! They do not serve interest of the clients all they are in is getting money from charges but any complain you do does not benifit your clients instead they only do it for thier own interest.

I have use VIABUY for more than 7 years, it is only this time they have gone worst and worst.
