Stupid answer from Viabuy at Trustpilot

After they have read my review , they answered their standard stupidity of "have to do regulations" that is a lie . No bank would ever investigate 1 month to check some rental contracts to verify the legality ( what they already verified more than a year ago ) . No I am not having patience , I did run out of money but into big trouble because of Viabuy . I am going to sue them for every of the losses because of Viabuy's unstandable behaviour . They can't tell me any status , but have wired money back ( didn't tell me , pretend , they would still "inspect" ? ) . And no I don't have any understanding . These phrases show the disrespect and the self -overestimating of Viabuy . I sure will never use their service in future ( they did earn a lot of money from my payments ! ) , all I am wanting is my personal , legal money . I proved the legality several times , if the people at Viabuy need one month and still dont unblock my money , they should better start an other business , they are not useful at their current positions .

Horrific !

Horrific !
Though it isn't recognizable at the website , they are only allowing incoming payments from the very own bank account ( what do I need Viabuy , when I have a bank account ? ) . Whenever there is an other payment , it get blocked , investigated for 14 days ( or much more ) , than rejected . I was in the need to receive several monthly payments with legal source . I asked , if I might receive these payments . I worked fine for more than a year . Suddenly I had to verify the source . I did that , the money was released after 14 days . Next month they locked all payments . They required a verification for each payment , I had to e-mail these several times . Now some payments already arrived back at the origin , Viabuy didn't tell me , I received a letter from the sender . Viabuy doesn't react on e-mails , telephone calls ( only a call center secretary there ) , e-mails from my attorney . No answer since one week now . All money and the account access is locked since one month . One time they said , it would only be allowed to receive 5 payments from third party within three months . What account is that ? What do I need that for ? It is OK for me ( though I have asked and received the permission ) , I would not mind to close that account , but I want my money !

They held my money

If I write this review it's because they gave me no choice. At the moment I was charged of 22 Euros from my credit card, but the transaction failed. The merchant didn't receive the money, which were detracted from my account so these money are stuck nowhere. I wrote an email, I also contacted the customer support from one week but they refuse to answer. Write me back at my email address or the negative reviews will not stop.

Update: I was helped out in the end!

Worthless promises...and acting like criminals

Last credit before blocking on December 22nd, 2021 in the amount of EUR 20,907.21 Additional deposit of 20,000.00 euros on December 23, 2021 ...deposit requested on December 24, 2021 at 9:06 a.m. ... demonstrably delivered at 9:56 a.m.

The cancellation followed without clear reason on December 27th, 2021 ... the credit should be paid out ...

Then today an email that they want to reimburse me exactly 23,217.22 EUR.

From the time of the ban, no more expenses were possible ... very interesting where my money should have gone ... unbelievable. People, seriously, what they do is criminal ... we would be charged with fraud!

Customer of Viabuy for more than 4 years ... IDV 3 ... huge sales ... huge for yours truly means around 40k euros on average ... well-behaved source of funds documented etc ... on December 24th. 2021...my card was blocked ... balance approx. 23k euros ... because I had booked out another 20k, they asked me for the source of the funds! That was on December 24th, 2021 at exactly 9:06 a.m. ... at 9:56 a.m. everything was proven and politely asked not to spoil the Christmas party.

Had booked up so much because we wanted to go to Dubai with the family ... so far everything was cool ... unlimited ... as I said, politely asked after I had provided the evidence to approve everything. At this point about 23k credit on the card ... plus 20k that were held back due to this demand.

On December 28th I got the card canceled after I let my anger run its course. They wanted to pay me the credit in the course of the termination.

Today I received an email that the remaining balance of 23k euros had been transferred to me ... aha ... the 20k that had been held ... that was overlooked ... yeah ... 20,000 euros. .. you can just overlook it.

Folks ... avoid this company ... it's so crazy what they do ... crazy !!!!! A joke of this level IDV3 gibberish ...all promises from these company are worthless...

Do not trust this card

I have been using this card for almost 10 years and as far as I aware of. This year 2021 I got a worst service ever!
WORST customer service !
1. Partner card takes horrible attempts and customer service does not deal with you seriously
2. Never use in booking from international as it will do prepayments as they pleased until your account is empty. If you lodge a complaint , then will not response properly.

They have become horrible this year and I am changing my account.

Again, I have sent several Emails regarding assistance and complaints but yet VIABUY response an automated answers but does not do anything to solve issues. Please please do not trust. I just need to get my money back from Viabuy and I will not use this card again! NEVER!

Inept

Inept, incredibly slow and unhelpful. An authorisation released on a transaction with a car rental company over 2 weeks ago on completion of my purchase has still not been resolved. The constant refrain is that a specialised team are dealing with the matter. I've provided all the official documentation, a letter from the car rental companies Customer Service Manager and the authorisation release codes. Still going around in ever increasing circles. Most unimpressed.
