We rent a car in Alghero airport
We rent a car in Alghero airport. We had wait a bit, because they didn’t have car. Someone didn’t take it back. So the waiting was just around 10-15 mins. But is worst it, because we got a bigger car. Thank you so much for that. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They were smiling and it was very nice. I recommend this company 100%. Next time we will choose them again for sure. Have a lovely life! Grazie mille

Friendly, quick and trustworthy
The customer service team were very helpful, and transparent about all costs and terms when we picked up the car. Probably most trustworthy and friendly car rental experience we've ever had. The car was in great shape and check in and check our was quick and easy. Would highly recommend.

NOT trustable - charges money without consent
I did rent a car for 4 days to get from the airport to the camping site. At check out everything is digital so i took pictures and videos of the car showing no damage or scratches! Eventhough Viaggare is now claiming me 450 euro!!!?
To your answer: i already did but you are not responding?

I am very happy with the car rental company. This is my first time using this company, but I am pleasantly surprised by them. The car was in perfect condition, clean and well maintained. The pick-up and drop-off service was quick and the staff polite and helpful. I recommend.

The worst experience renting a car: A total SCAM
A total SCAM, stay away from this. They will try to charge you for damage already present in the car if you don't buy its insurance. If you choose to trust them, take pictures of EVERY part of the car, even inside, the rims, etc.
It will take more than 1 hour to leave the car, take it into account if you have to take a flight.
Update: Contract number CA 1299.
They charged med 100€ for a 1,5 cm scratch in the rim that was there for a long time ago. I missed to take a picture of the wheels when I took the car. But before that, they tried to charge me for the parcel shelf of the trunk which was broken, luckily I took a picture of that. The same with some scratches. The report they use to review the car at the check-out is incomplete. When they tried to charge me about the trunk, they did not update the report with that fail. I can assume they could do the same with the next customer.

It could also be assumed that, since we have no details on your name and/or hire, your review is simply aimed at harming the image of our Dear Company by spreading comments that are not very credible and in this case slanderous.
We are sorry but we cannot provide details about the booking you provided.
We caution you to remove your absolutely free and unsubstantiated negative review of our Company.
Good honest service
Me and my fiancé rented a vehicle in Sardinia. We chose and booked it online after reading other reviews. From my personal experience, and friend’s advice I bought full insurance at the desk plus road side assistance, which was twice more than the car to rent. But I didn’t have to worry about scratches, falling small rocks and other peoples driving skills damaging the rental car. Roads in Sardinia are narrow, especially through the mountains, villages and farmlands, with loads of turns, where you meet bikers, cars, lorries, busses, horses, dogs and sheep on the road. So if you travel, and you want to relax and enjoy countless road trips, in my opinion, full car insurance is a must.
Collecting the car and dropping off were easy without any hassle. No queues either. A guy at the desk was very helpful and gave many advices what to visit.

The staff were so nice and helpful…
The staff were so nice and helpful checking in and out the car that it just made the whole process easy. I would definitely book here again. It was great they accepted debit cards and that I didn’t have to pay too much of a deposit when I had the full insurance.

Had to wait ages (cagliari airport july…
Had to wait ages (cagliari airport july 2023), then she was going to cancel my booking because I was over an hour later than i'd said on the booking. I explained that I'd been standing in the queue for 30 mins so eventuallt she agreed to proceed.
the car was dirty and when we returned it they had the cheek to charge us 30 euros cleaning fee. Fair enough we had left some sand from the beach in the car but what do you expect?
Overall it was nothing but hassle from start to finish and I won't use them again.
I had booked through rental cars .com so I'm not sure if this affected the situation or not.
