Very misleading on ticket pricing, locations will charge you 100.00 for cancelation fees.

I received an email saying my reservation was confirmed and when I wanted to look it up with Aeromexico I didn't have a valid booking number. When I called Viajar Almundo they told me that the flight I wanted wasn't possible and did I want to go at another time! They said my credit card wasn't billed. I am waiting to check that. Not happy.

This is a scam. The other one star reviews are true. Once we booked they called to ask if we could change the dates of travel, once we said no they said they need us to send them our IDs and picture my credit card (which I thought it was suspicious), so I cancelled the purchase (as per their 24 hour cancelation policy), but they are threatening me to not give me back the full amount. Absolutely disgusting.

HORRIBLE! Please do not buy any ticket with this company. I called them to cancel four tickets based on policies and 24 hours of grace period cancellation, they sent me a confirmation cancellation number but, they never cancelled them. They charged me $ 1098.00 and blamed to my credit card and the airline company. They are not professionals. My lawyer will contact them, not because the charge, is because innocent people would have a nightmare experience with VIAJAR AL MUNDO Company.

Horrible experience with this agency, my children’s flight was canceled twice and we were never notified, we noticed the first cancellation when we talked to them on the phone to ask about the bags and they told us that the flight had been canceled and the second when checking in at the airport (it was really uncomfortable and embarrassing) because according to the bank they were not allowed to make the collection (which was a lie because I had already deducted the amount on the statement) and after talking to my husband told him that he would refund his payment, In addition to all the customer service is disgusting, talk to you despotically or do not know how to give you the information you need or just hang up, I don’t understand why they look for jobs that have to do with talking to customers if they don’t like it and treat you terribly! If you want to waste your money, time and emotional stability I recommend this agency
Horrible experiencia con esta agencia, el vuelo de mis hijos fue cancelado dos veces y nunca fuimos notificados, nos dimos cuenta de la primera cancelación cuando hablamos con ellos por teléfono para preguntar sobre las maletas y nos dijeron que el vuelo había sido cancelado y la segunda al hacer el check in en el aeropuerto (fue realmente incómodo y embarazoso) porque según ellos el banco no se les permitió hacer el pago (cosa que era una mentira porque en mi estado de cuenta salía que ya me habían quitado esa cantidad) y después de hablar con mi marido le dijeron que iba a devolver su pago, Además de todo el servicio al cliente es asqueroso, te hablan despóticamente o no saben cómo darte la información que necesitas o simplemente te cuelgan, no entiendo por qué buscan trabajos que tengan que ver con hablar con clientes si no les gusta y te tratan terriblemente! Si quieres malgastar tu dinero, tiempo y estabilidad emocional te recomiendo esta agencia

I loved how quick and easy it was to book a flight!

I bought two tickets, confirmed the flight and then receuvrd a call at 2:30am saying they were charging me 285 dollars more. They blamed the airline. When i asked them to cancel my flight the6 said they couldnt and instead charged my account and refused to honor the original price paid. I DO NOT RECCOMMEND THIS SITE!!! THEY ARE THIEFS!!!!!
6.22.25 I just got an email stating this company is claiming defamation and wants more details. HERE you go:
I purchased 2 tickets at like 8am Mexico time on 6.7.25 and was quoted around $630 dollars. I paid, received two emails, called and confirmed flight at around 1 or 2 pm MX time, received a call from this company saying my confirmation email was on the way, Never received it, card was not charged at this point. At 2:30am on 6.8.25 MX Time i was woken up by a call from this company saying they couldnt confirm the flight and needed to charge me more money per person. Blamed the airline and said it was out of their control. BOTH my mom and I asked the agent to cancel the flight 3 or 4 times, and were told it could not be done. After the 3rd or 4th request to cancel, the agent charged my card $732 dollars with the verbal warning that a second charge of $85dollars would also appear on my account., making a total cost of approx $811 dollars. We didnt agree to any of this, they charged the account anyways and then sent me confirmation emails and boarding passes.
This company wants to claim defamation instead of taking responsibility for their dishonesty. Im not lying nor do i have reason to lie. You tried to take advantage in a dishonest way. I am angry. I do not want to talk to your company ever again. In my point of view i only owe you $630 dollars. Whatever the issue, it is not my fault you or responsibility that your website, agent or airline didnt charge me correctly from the begining. You ruined a beautiful trip for no reason other than greed. We all know you could have canceled the flight reservation at my initial request, you choose not to and arbitrarily charged my account.

Very dissatisfied. They give you a price then when you purchase the airline ticket they call you and tell you about the addtl fees. From $235 I ended up paying $500. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM!!!!!

Absolute scam.

They sent an email asking for pictures of my ID, both sides with signature visible and passport. Additionally they said if I didn't provide these within 2 hours of the email (which was sent in the middle of the night) I would incur extra chagres.

After booking i received a call with a price change claiming that they did not charge me taxes.

Completely ridiculous and terrible company, Alaska airlines cancelled my flight TWICE in one day, and so we just asked for a refund. In the meantime because we had posted a bad review about the service, in the beginning they allowed us to make the reservations and then called us two days later to tell us that we had to pay them 50 dollars MORE. WHATTTTT? No! Once I spoke with a supervisor they magically no longer required that 50 dollars, ODD. But we then went and alaska cancelled the flight twice, and we just asked for a refund, when I called them the rep told me 3 weeks after we still didn't have the refund "Take down your bad review and we will send you a refund" WHATTTTT? that should have been expected based on the unethical experience we already had with them. If you want to be lied to and stolen from. USE THESE GUYS. If you want a simple easy lie free experience, go somewhere else. We literally had to do a chargeback to get the money back.
