Clarity and respect for dates on individual flights, satisfied with the service.

Beware of this agency! My elderly parents recently bought a pair of plane tickets through them after clicking on a deal via Kayak. After booking their flight via Viajar al Mundo, they got a weird call from them where they upsold them assigned seats and checked luggage, telling them these were not included in their fare. My parents then received a receipt that included a “post booking fee” of a similar amount as the airfare, plus $300 USD for the seats.

In other words, my parents paid more than double the price of the tickets in extra fees.

When I called Air Canada directly, they told me this was a scam and to dispute the purchase directly with the credit card company.

The process was easy from start to finish. I received my confirmation email with in minutes of finishing my application.

It's the worst experience I've had, my flight was canceled 2 times in less than 24 hours, they are irresponsible, I lost a lot of money for my hotel and rental car, and I haven't received compensation ...

They never sent me a confirmación of my flight. I had to go to the airport to clarify and get my ticket. Nobody was there AND I had to wait 3 HRS for somebody fro Volaris to show up. That was insane. Why you never send me a confirmación by mail IF I PROVIDED IT TO YOU WHEN I BOOKED MY FLIGHT? I WILL NEVER USE YOU AGENCY!!!

First of all I was concerned about the Email with the ticket confirmation but after one hour the Email arrived and I can be quite.

I called to cancel my ticket within 1 hour of it being reserved and ticketed ticketed very quickly after the reservation was made), so 23 hours before the deadline to cancel after reserving. They asked me repeatedly what the reason for cancelling was and stated that they did not accept these reasons. Then a manager started to explain that a portion only would be refunded.

My ticket time was switched! Inquired so much harassment and stress Everytime I have made a purchase the last month. I also asked for a full refund since I could not board the plane that morning.
