Great helpdesk service.
To be honest, I was a bit skeptical if Viajemos would resolve an issue I had. But when I needed to move my reservation and I couldn’t do this online I phoned the helpdesk and a super friendly representative helped me move my reservation to a week later than my initial dates. The rental itself went smooth and it saved us so much money compared to booking directly with one of the car rental company. Highly recommend.
