Viana care great reliable company!!

Viana care is a solid company I purchased $300 in items that happened to get stuck in customs. Not Viana fault they reaches out to me to fix the problem, they promptly re-shipped my order using their new carrier. Over all it took 45 days but they stayed in contact and I eventually got my product. Thanks Viana care

Very frustrated

Very frustrated - placed an order on Dec. 1st. Never received a confirmation or received my order yet but my card was definitely charged that day. I have emailed 2 times and never got a reply. I've checked my spam and nothing their either. Looks like I will just call my credit card company. Disappointed- I thought they would be credible seeing their products being used by natural kaos and bikini iron beauty. :(
Update: Martin from Viana Care contacted me and apologized for the issue. It was resolved and I just received my package today. Everything was packaged carefuly and my innotox was still cold. Thank you Viana Care for making it right. I will be placing another order soon.

Quick to fix the problem.

There was a problem with my first ever order from Viana Care, it was seized by customs. I thought I was going to lose a few hundred dollars. They were quick to rectify the issue. Will definitely purchase from them again.

I’ve been trying to order since Saturday…
I’ve been trying to order since Saturday night.(6 nights) The order was for $2,100 My payment won’t go through. Then I tried a lower amount like $1,000 My payment was rejected again by Viana Care. I called my bank, Bank of America and they said they didn't have a problem with the transaction it must be the Merchant declining. ....the problem is not with them. I keep getting an automated response from the email sent to Viana Care stating my problem. I really want to work with them because I have been recommended by Kim @Natural Kaos. Need help please. Im available to call and give my credit card over the phone if that works

UPDATED REVIEW: From a 2 star, to a 5 star! I just got of the phone, ( he personally called me in Las Vegas from S. Korea) with Director of Operations at Viana Care, Martin Frank. EXCELLENT

My experience with Viana Care has been a very positive one. Yes! I highly recommend

Although I had read many reviews recommending vianacare, and after watching YouTube videos, my only concern was getting the package into Australia (given strict customs). I ordered on Thursday and my parcel had arrived on the following Tuesday via DHL. I could not believe it given CoVid-19. I don’t even receive parcels within Australia this quick!!

The products are also fantastic. I ordered 2x packets of dermal fillers which I used in my cheeks; a Korean brand called Rejeunesse Shape. The filler quality is on par - arguably better - with Juvederm Voluma and for a fantastic price!

I never post reviews but this is just a prime example of why I will be repurchasing from Vianacare, I am super pleased 😊

Good company to order Korean products

I've made a number of orders, so far so good. I liked the customer support although there were some delays in deliveries, but that should be credited to a shipping provider I guess.

UPDATED REVIEW

2 STAR REVIEW: I placed my order 11/17 & 11/19(processing payments was NOT FUN) and tracking information only shows that the label has been made, but has not been shipped.. I see many other reviews stating quick delivery but I'm a bit confused as to why my packages haven't been updated with tracking information. i'm a bit nervous as its almost 500$ of product I am waiting for. I have reached out to supportatvianacare.com and have not received any insight into my orders. I will update asap

UPDATE TO 5*: there’s seems to be a hiccup with the shipping process with this company. A tracking number was sent to me from UPS, however the package is shipped from Korea to CA by DHL. The tracking information is not updated until UPS receives it from DHL. Which lead me to believe my package was M.I.A. I did send an email to the company support email, and called as well. I received a personal call back from Martin Frank (operations manager) from Viana Care to explain in detail the shipping process, and how the company recognizes that the lack of DHL tracking information could cause some confusion. I was pleasantly surprised by the wonderful customer service he provided and made me feel confident that my purchase with this company was the right choice. I do believe they should update the shipping information provided on the website because I don’t believe it’s accurate. But once you understand that tracking will be updated after it lands on US soil, and okay the bank to process payments to international company.. I know you too will feel confident in this company. A personal thank you to Martin Frank for the wonderful customer service.

I ordered from Viana twice

I ordered from Viana twice, and I am impressed with the timely delivery and elegant packaging of products. They accepted my payment right away, and everything else went smoothly. I noticed that they do not work on weekends, causing delays in shipment and answering inquiries, which may be annoying in some cases, but one has to accept that not all countries follow the same regulations. Presently I am testing their products with no problems on the way so far.

US Customs seized my parcel!

Please take the time to read this... I placed an order in October around the 20th, usually my order arrives quickly but now after a week I got worried. I checked the tracking and it got stuck in customs!! I was planning to call them the next day but to my surprise they already emailed me explaining the situation with US customs and that if I had not received my parcel by Nov 12 they would give me store credit to cover the loss, they send me instructions how to claim the credit and now today I already received my replacement parcel. I just want to say that I ordered from numerous websites with my wife and had customs issues before but never did any of them compensate me for this. They went beyond expectation and I will order again now.

I'm afraid the botox will become less effective

The tracking number was received a few days after placed the order, then it took 6 days to be sent to Australia. I mean that is acceptable, but I'm a bit confused about the storage requirement. I'm afraid the botox will be less effective when it did not stored in 2-8 degrees.

Our warehouse makes the preparations for the icepacks just before packing the order.
During the shipment, when the ice melts, the temperature remains acceptable up to 7-8 days.

In some cases with products such as Innotox, because it is already diluted, Innotox's manufacturers informed us that it has heat resistance and it can be stored* up to 40°C.
(*It is highly recommended to store the product in the fridge upon receiving your package)
