I'm getting concerned that I placed my order may 4 and haven't received any follow up. There was no email in spam either.
UPDATE: After my review was posted, I was contacted within 24 hours with information regarding my purchase and tracking. The product was purchased may 4th and delivered may 14. Very pleased with process.

I placed an order 4 days ago and received an order payment confirmation from them in the email they also mentioned that if i dont received an email within 72 hours with a tracking number i should contact them. I emailed them today and tried to call but there was no answer on the phone or email. I honestly feel like this is a scam since they were very quick to take my money but fail to send me the tracking number.
After reading the reviews on here im seeing that other people also had the same issue which is really concerning.

Placed an order but never got a tracking number. I had to go to Vianna website to my account and was able to see a tracking number but it did not specify which carrier FEDEX, UPS...etc...
The good news was that, 5 days from the day that I placed the order, I received all my products.
I would have given a 5 stars but the tracking number and shipper information should have been emailed to me within 2 or three days. It did not happened and caused unwanted anxiety and worriness.

My First Experience with Viana Care
This was my first time ordering from Viana Care and I had a pleasant experience. This website helped me a lot because it is very informative about the products they sell. For me personally and professionally, this is VERY important. The only thing I didn’t like was that I did not receive an email about my shipment. I had to contact them and sometimes I don’t have the time for all that. Luckily, they were quick to respond and I was able to track my shipment. I was also contacted to make sure I received my package safely. Despite that little incident, I am very happy with their service. Thank you Viana Care! I will definitely be doing all my purchases through here.
I forgot to mention…I received a free Ultrasonic Scrubber with my purchase. How awesome is that?! 😁

Update still never got the tracking but was able to get my package. I am glad I reached out otherwise I wouldn’t have known my package was shipped. Viana care customer service was very helpful!

I love this place
I was a little worried about ordering from this company because of a few bad reviews but I’m so grateful I ordered. The products were great and the communication was amazing as well. Honestly, the bad reviews really make me embarrassed because they came from the United States (where I’m from) and it makes me sad that these people failed to forget that we are in the midst of a global pandemic and this company cannot control the mail once it’s stateside.
