This was my first order. they answered questions for me. The shipping was lightning fast and packed beautifully with an Ice pack. I will buy from them again.

My package was held up in customs. Viana was very apologetic and sent me another order which I did receive. Just took a little longer than expected, but was very happy they opted to replace it.

Absolutely fantastic customer service. Their products are real. I have bought their fillers and skin boosters and threads multiple times. Fast shipping as well

Follow up on my last review. I was immediately contacted by Vianacare representative after my complaint was submitted. Unfortunately there apparently had been a miscommunication concerning the paid order. I am happy to say that Vianacare did take care of my problem. Vianacare took the time not only to respond by email but they also made the effort to call me via telephone to apologize and correct the issue. Very few companies would have taken the time to contact their customers to apologize and correct the miscommunication. I am extremely satisfied with their customer service department. Thank you Vianacare for caring about your customers. I definitely will continue to be their customer knowing they take customer complaint seriously.

My first order with Viana Care included a tox product that had to stay cold during shipping. Unfortunately, the order was delayed in customs so the product was not viable when it arrived. Viana Care reached out to let me know they would replace my entire order at no cost to me. Their customer service was in constant communication throughout the whole process so I didn't have wonder what was happening. When the order did arrive the products where of the highest quality and their prices are outstanding. I will be ordering again and again from Viana Care. Try them, you won't be disappointed

Just got my products this morning and I ordered on February 24, 2021. Thank you for sending in a quick manner. I was waiting for shipping details but never received any so I was concerned on when I would be expecting package but overall this was a good experience and I'm completely satisfied! I placed my first order with Viana Care in Oct, 2020. My order was held up in US Customs (through no fault of Viana). Their customer care team proactively notified me and promptly reimbursed me for Innotox, since it was temperature sensitive.
They also gave me store credit for the rest of my entire order (which, according to their policy, they are not obligated to do). I have since ordered from them several times, and I am VERY PLEASED with their products, their timely shipping, communication and OUTSTANDING customer care!!

One star as I received a confirmation of my order I placed on Thursday PST time and my bank just alerted me today of the payment from Viana Care being taken out...when I checked my Viana Care account my order stated a tracking number and a link below that states to track your parcel. I clicked the link and it took me to DHL and states my tracking number does not exist. What is that about? And why would my money be taken out of my bank account if my package hasn’t been shipped. Also never received an email from Viana Care stating my order was shipped. Was looking forward to continue buying from Viana Care but as of right now seems a little sketchy. Will change my review once I actually receive a tracking number that works and receive my products.

Update** Yann did reach out to me right away and gave me the tracking number for UPS and stated it shouldn’t be going thru DHL, which I was able to find. As well as showed me a picture of the shipping label and products I ordered. She also gave me a 10% discount for my next purchase due to the inconvenience. I haven’t received my package yet but they have great customer service and were very quick to reach out to me which I appreciated! Thank you Yann!
