You could tell they overload their…

You could tell they overload their nodes with customer VPS, so the latest and greatest processors they use (if true) really don't mean anything. They also don't leave tickets open for more of a day which makes no sense at all. The fact they use Discord for tickets is also kind of a joke too. If you are looking to host something more than a FiveM server that only lasts a month, this ain't for you.

Beats every competitor

I have literally tried EVERY other big host you can name out there, also a dozen smaller ones. Never have I ever experienced such great hardware for such fair prices.
Also especially the Social Manager Matt helped me pick the perfect fitting dedicated server for my needs, and my community has been benefiting from his fair choice!

Fair prices, extremely good service and overall exceptionally great experience.

Cipher problem

I hade backdoor in my server and he dmed me about it and told me to download anticipher and the anticipher otld the where it was and everything is removed for now

Quality of staff is shocking

the actual server is running great until I wanted a storage upgrade. So i create a support ticket on discord and ask to upgrade, one of the moderators asked for my email and thats it no reply until the next day , they tell me how much it will be and they will send the payment link. After a full day of waiting i get no link even after trying to get support on their website so i close the ticket and open a new one then they reply sending me the link now yesterday i paid for a upgrade and have had no reply off any staff. I feel robbed of my money as i have paid to upgrade for a certain amount of days which i have not received and very disappointed with even after 4 days the quality of staff is shocking. All in all this has stopped me from being able to upgrade my server due to limited storage.

Absolutely amazing service and quality…

Absolutely amazing service and quality of product, have had a great experience hosting my game server with vibe. Their customer support team are friendly and always ready to help, even when I was starting out and relatively new to developing they where always willing to offer advice. Highly recommend using Vibe for all your hosting needs.

Basically i bought VPS for FiveM server…

Basically i bought VPS for FiveM server for 40euroes and it couldn't even load textures fast. Custom clothes was loading like 30 seconds per one pair of clothing, i opened like 5 tickets in month, explained everything and they couldn't do anything about it. Avoid, poor performanc if you need good and quality server.

Not providing refunds for their failures

The dashboard for configuring the firewall is pretty simple and fast, which is always nice to have. The DDoS protection is great, as expected from Path.net.

However, we experienced server-sided packet loss issues with our SA-MP game server that haven't been fixed for more than seven days. Despite the support team's efforts to contact Path.net, it was determined not to be their (Path's) fault. They (Vibe) attempted various tweaks on their end, but nothing worked.

The server-sided packet loss rendered the game unplayable for almost all players.

I tried being cooperative as much as I could.

Support suggested moving us to another node, but that was unacceptable for me due to the significant number of complaints about lag from our player-base and my unwillingness to gamble again.

In the end, I informed them that we would be migrating to another provider, and the original packet loss ticket was closed. I tried opening a new ticket requesting a full or at least partial refund, but the request was declined. Be careful and read their Terms of Service before purchasing their service.

Hey,

The issue was caused by a routing issue at our DDOS en network partner Path.net. There is not much we could do.

Your ISP only advertised routes over congested links. Your ISP did also not respond to our email to find a solution.

They closed my support ticket

Hello, Im Hystericzain and I rented a VPS with them, I came from reliablesite hosting game servers with a big dedicated but because of the ddos attacks that I was receiving I needed to move everything to a better protected host. 2 of my servers worked great but the principal server did not because of a "incompatibility" between their firewall and the mod. I opened a support ticket to see what we can get done to make it work. They were taking 1 and a half day to reply to the ticket in a very poor manner, and after I tried the "fix" they told me after 3 days with the ticket open and 2 messages from support which basically was to downgrade the mod and it didnt work they decided to close the ticket without any notice (Sorry for the gramar, Im learning english)

Edit: Now they banned me from their discord server

Concerning the support ticket closure, it was not our intention to leave you without a resolution. We believed the suggested workaround of downgrading the mod would resolve the issue. However we didn't receive any response from you after that and therefore your ticket was closed.

Amazing Hosting | Must buy

I have been using vibegames for one year now and it is great. I hosted assetto corsa, FiveM, Rust and Minecraft and all the servers worked great. Support is reasonably fast.

The most amazing and powerful host ever
