I recently had the pleasure of ordering an SG Series Build with Vibox and whilst we encountered a variety of unexpected issues (primarily with logistics), the team worked endlessly to ensure no stone was left unturned and everything was put right with an exceptional quality product received at the end of all the minor setbacks.
Most impressively, at every contact touchpoint including after the product was received, Vibox ensured I was kept updated and informed with clear, concise answers to any questions or concerns I raised. It's rare to encounter such customer care and concern in 2023 and it's the primary reason that I will remain a loyal Vibox customer for all future upgrades and purchases in the years to come.

After doing a lot of research into PC companies I chose Vibox because of their great warranty and because I found their website and build options simple and easy to use however I did still feel a little overwhelmed with choice!
As this was my first gaming PC purchase I didn't have the biggest budget but also didn't need anything top spec. I gave Vibox a call and spoke to Zac who was really friendly and happy to help. I explained what games I would need the PC for and he found something for me within my budget.
It arrived very quickly and I am super happy with the graphics and performance of the machine. I will be upgrading it with Vibox in the future but can also take comfort in the fact that they will help me out if a problem ever arises :)

This is my first gaming PC and ordered with Vibox. The ordering process was well laid out and was easy to navigate.
The build and delivery of the PC was very quick, in fact it was 6 days early which was very impressive.
The PC was well packaged and arrived undamaged. The quality of the PC was brilliant and I am very impressed. Will defiantly be recommending to friends and family. Highly recommended

I have bought three PCs from Vibox, in 2013, 2016, and 2022. The service was excellent the first two times, but my third experience was so bad I will not be buying from them again.
My PC broke towards the end of November, and I ordered a new one from Vibox on the Saturday of Black Friday weekend. It should have arrived on Tuesday according to their website. By Tuesday afternoon I had not even had a dispatch e-mail, so I contacted them. They replied that they were running late because of Black Friday and it should arrive on Wednesday. This annoyed me because there was no Black Friday sale on their website. Why then should it have caused them a delay? I can only think that they were selling computers on sale through third parties, in which case I shouldn't have had to pay full price given that I was buying directly from them, or that was just an excuse. If they can't meet the delivery times they advertise then they shouldn't be advertising them.
Come Wednesday evening and still no PC. At about 6pm I saw a delivery driver walking away from my house, but nobody had been to the door. I then got a text to say my PC had been delivered. It was outside behind a bin, in November. Had I not checked my phone it could easily have been rained on. The driver had the cheek in his text to claim that it had been delivered at 1:30, when I had seen him walking off at 6.
The PC did not contain a power cable, so I had to wait another few days for them to send that. When I finally got it up and running, it kept shutting itself down. I eventually discovered that the CPU fan was not connected properly, and I had to screw it in myself.
Fast forward six months and the fan was becoming very noisy. I know now that CPU fans are supposed to be stuck to the CPU with thermal paste, which mine obviously wasn't because it had been loose when it arrived. I replaced the fan myself, so now that I've voided the warranty I can post this and that's the end of my dealings with them.

First pc they sent didn’t work but customer service was very understanding and immediately took it back and replaced the parts with a better cooler and it works perfectly the customer care is amazing tbh

Bought a prebuilt from Vibox 7 months ago. It was running great. It started turning itself off and eventually would not boot at all. I contacted the Team Vibox, they always reply very fast. DPD came to collect the tower the following day and delivered it back 3 days later, with a brand new power supply. Amazing customer service!!!!!

The PC (RTX 4080, SG Series - GameMax DS360) is fast, and stable. But I am dissatisfied with the build and most of the components and the listing on Amazon is full of omissions and mistakes. Comes with Windows 11 Home, though they could have included Windows 11 Pro for the price you pay. Not only did they not include any manuals for the parts, or instructions for the RGB (which uses a really crappy interface for the fans and Ram only and very limited control for the sequences, though you can use Razer Synapse if you have a Razer product), there is basically nothing about the PC, parts or how to set it up. More on this later. Motherboard is a cheap Intel socket 1200 mainboard by Biostar. A Chinese company. In my build It's their B560M-SILVER. Supports a CPU of ONLY 10th or 11th Generation Intel processors. Not good if you wish to upgrade in the future as you're stuck with the processor. The Ram is also cheap, T-Force DDR4 (Team Group). The listing states a max memory of 32gb overall. This is misleading as it's 32gb per channel, so you can add up to 128gb, which I did and replaced the Ram with Crucial Vengence Pro RGB, 4x32gb. Now the fun part. The GPU (Graphics Card) is a cheap RTX 4080, claimed as a Cybertank Maximus X which is basically the Manli GeForce RTX™ 4080 Gallardo. Vibox gave no software to control the RGB on the card, and I had to hunt for ages to find the right software in the form of TurboEngine which you need to get from the manli downloads page on their website. I also wanted to add 2 brand new 4TB Samsung Evo SSD's that I bought extra for this PC from Amazon. Sorry, nope. The GPU is so big it covers the SATA inputs for all 6 sata connectors, as Vibox skimped on the mainboard. As this board uses a 1 NVMe M.2 Solid State Drive, Sata 6 connector is unavailable. So, not only can the processor not be upgraded, but you also can't fit any extra internal hard drives, even if the Sata ports were free, Vibox excluded the Sata cables to connect extra drives anyway. So I wasted a lot of money, and talking about money, is this PC worth £2,320? No, you'd be better off either making your own or buying from a company that will give you plenty of documentation and instructions. They did include a tiny packet of Haribo sweets though, so all is right with the world. My verdict, good build, stable, and solid, but the components are poor, the documentation is beyond poor and the lack of future proofing this PC with upgrades is non-existent. The pic looks blurry as I left the plastic film on the glass of the case, as I'm debating returning the PC. If you're considering buying from them, my advice. Don't. Buy elsewhere. There's also reports on Amazon that Vibox are deleting bad reviews, so we'll see what happens here.

Ordered a custom build PC from Vibox website - tailored every component (Case, Motherboard & CPU, RAM, SSD and Graphics card) after evaluating them. It took just over 3 weeks to be delivered as you’ll expect with any company. Unless you are buying a pre-built one which Vibox do offer. Customer services very responsive and great tracking on the delivery.
The PC when it arrived was well packaged and has worked perfectly.

I've never ordered a custom built PC before, but had bought a pre built Vibox a few years ago so knew they were a good company. Their website is super easy to navigate, the choices laid out really clearly and no hidden cost! I ordered on a saturday so wasnt expecting the PC until middle of the week, but it arrived on Tuesday morning! Crazy fast! Loved the little touches included in the order. The PC runs like a dream, its above and beyond what I had expected. I would highly recommend Vibox for custom or pre built.
