Thought I was buying a fan
Thought I was buying a fan. Turned out to be just blades and no fan. Utterly useless. Need to return but no information on returns. Waste of time and money. Photo on the ad was of a fan not blades. Very misleading.
Since the review I have tried countless times to fill in their so called return form. Each time it says it can’t connect to the server. This was after having to upload a photo and constantly say I was returning one item. Pretty obvious if that’s the only purchase! Seems any excuse to not allow it to go through. VICE-UK-221487 was the order number.

I ordered a 925 silver ankle chain. What arrived was a cheap and nasty metal chain. Steer clear of this company! Instead of a refund they offered a voucher to buy more crap.

It was only once I had placed my order that I was told that it would take 30-35b days to effect delivery. There is no way of contacting the company to cancel the order.

Terrible. I ordered a spare blind part. Said free delivery. Didn’t realise iit would come from China and take over 2 weeks. Took so long to arrive that I found a UL based site that I should have originally ordered through and got it the next day for cheaper.
Item finally arrived but instead of a spare blond part I received a small pack of blades and a lady bird charm. The next day another package arrived from the same company with a plastic watch cover
Complained to the company. They are now trying to get me to post back the wrong item before they will refund me. Currently getting nowhere. I do not think it is my responsibility to return an item that was incorrect back to china and then wait another 14 days to get my refund. No not bother ordering from them
