Ordered samples for my lounge and received an email 6 weeks later to say they had been dispatched.....needless to say I won't be ordering from this company. I'd received samples and ordered from another company and had the floor laid before I'd received an email from this company to say the samples had been posted. I mean, if I oreder, when would it have been delivered? Next year?

I am extremely disappointed with Vice Flooring. Despite their claim of a ‘lifetime guarantee’ they have completely failed to uphold it. I reported an issue months ago, provided all necessary images, and received an update—yet nothing has been resolved.

Their lack of communication and accountability shows a total disregard for customer satisfaction. I have reached out multiple times yet my emails are ignored. If they offer a lifetime guarantee, they should honor it with action not just ignoring their customers! Despite proof being sent!

I would strongly advise to stay away anyone considering their products, as their post-sale support is poor and unreliable.
Still waiting for my refund—let’s see if they ever respond!

Grandeur 5.5mm Herringbone Click Vinyl - Frost White

Purchased this flooring, didn't fit together correctly and gaps were visible, which in a shower room is not much use.

The flooring had a manufacturing date of June 24 so they can’t sell that much of it when I bought it in March.

Ended up ripping it up and throwing it away and installing another floor.

Vice flooring last communicated with me on 30th April saying they were going to refund me but they are waiting for the money from the supplier and we haven’t heard anything since.

Don’t buy from them is my advice.

We bought this to cover the whole downstairs of our house and it has completley transformed it. The flooring looks amazing and we are very very pleased with the style, look and quality.
I would highly recommend vice flooring as the customer services, delivery men and communication were outstanding.

Prompted delivery and goods not damaged. The flooring is of good quality. I am considering laying it In my converted loft.

Ordered a lot of the vinyl click flooring. Amaar in customer services was excellent at answering all my questions and getting back to me with anything I wanted to know. The wrong flooring was delivered at first, but this was quickly rectified, and the right flooring arrived the same week. Can't fault the customer service and I haven't laid the flooring yet but it looks great. The delivery driver was excellent too and super helpful. Great experience and would buy again from vice flooring.

We used vice flooring for my dressing room and they offered great advice on the best type of flooring for us. It arrived within just a few days and we are so impressed with the quality. A great company with fantastic customer service and a brilliant product. I will definitely be using them again in the future!

Excellent communication, from Katie from Vice Flooring, answering questions late in the evening, was a little worried by no reviews status at time of ordering and only showing established 2024. Happy with the price I paid. I paid by PayPal just to be safe. But needn't have worried. Once I ordered got an email the next day confirming delivery for today, it arrived promptly they even use a great courier service so it was on time and driver very helpful ***** to Vice Flooring, hopefully my flooring once down, will match the service received.
