I had an excellent experience with Vickery Estate Agents, and specifically with Edward Whitaker, who managed my purchase. From start to finish, his service was highly professional, efficient, and reassuring. His communication was clear, accurate and honest throughout, and I was always kept informed of any progress or hold ups.

What I particularly valued was his attention to detail and the way he handled everything with integrity and care. Whilst there were issues with the conveyancing of my sale, subsequently holding up the chain, Edward was always on hand to offer advice and guidance and chase for information and updates. I felt confident that I was in safe hands at all times and always appreciated his efforts to help.

I would not hesitate to recommend Vickery or Edward to anyone seeking a reliable, trustworthy, and knowledgeable estate agent. When we come to move our new property on again, we will most definitely be returning to them to do this for us. Thank you again Edward, you’re an asset to Vickery!

Despite an initial buyer pulling out after 3 weeks, Toby and his colleagues (Lightwater Office) managed to find a new buyer immediately. Things have progressed smoothly and we have been regularly contacted and updated on any matters. Luckily our respective solicitors have been efficient in our purchase and sale with everyone involved being agreeable to a move date that we were able to choose.

Toby was very helpful and patient with my search, did everything he could to help me find perfect property for me within my budget and requirements was just unfortunate to be out bidded in the end.
Will definitely be using them to help when I start looking again hopefully with getting deal over the line

Vickery have been fantastic throughout the sale of my Mum’s property. Both Edward and Lewis were fantastic at keeping us up to date with timely progress reports, despite dealing with a less than helpful/proactive agent at the bottom of the chain.
Both of them went above and beyond in also keeping Mum’s buyer updated of progress when their own agent failed to do the same. We completed in August.

This is the second time I have had an experience with Vickery and would highly recommend them to anyone. If I was still in the area, they would be my go to.

Jordan is the person you want to speak to if you need someone who's responsive and reliable when it comes to progressing a transaction. Buying and selling in England is stressful enough as it is, so having an honest and knowledgable go-between is vital to iron out any inevitable snags in a property purchase - and Jordan at Vickery has provided precisely this level of high quality service.

The initial approach from Richard at the Lightwater branch was the most professional and due to the quirky design of house (not to everyone’s taste) we had a lot of people through the door for viewings (thank you Toby, Oliver & Richard) .
This we found was not going to be an easy property to sell. But they did, and together with the after sales care from Evie & Vidya on the legal side it went smoothly

Vickery in Lightwater provided a professional service from Day 1 when we first met. We were kept informed of every viewing, received feedback and held timely reviews with Richard on progress.
Once under offer, the follow-up was impressive, with weekly updates of progress both up and down the chain.
Communication post offer was vital in keeping our chain informed, committed and in place.

The team at Vickey Estate agents have been professional and open throughout the process of buying to date. Toby showed us around the property on two occasions and was very accommodating, friendly and remained approachable allowing us time to take everything in and ask questions. Toby was extremely efficient in getting back to us with any answers for some of the more detailed enquiries we had.

Edward at Vickery's has been great at keeping us in the loop all the way along. We had a particularly difficult experience with a property developer but appreciated Edward's help and him fighting for us and what was right.

We bought our property with Vickery (so didn't appoint them) but they were honestly the best estate agents we have ever worked with. Everyone we interacted with was efficient, kept us updated on progress regularly and felt like they were working with us to resolve any issues in a pragmatic way.
