We have just brought our first home and Jordan was was beyond fantastic within this process. We ran into quite a few delays (not with the estate agents) and Jordan went above and beyond to try and get the issues solved as soon as possible. His customer service exceeds expectations and is a true asset to Vickery.

We had a tricky house sale but the team at the Camberley office at Vickery, particularly Edward, kept the sale moving. Their customer service and communication was excellent and they went above and beyond to get the sale over the line before Christmas. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who was looking to buy or sell.

We didn’t have the most smooth sailing experience of selling our house, a few hurdles got in the way to say the least but by no fault of the estate agents.

Edward at Vickery was supportive, helpful, honest and committed to do the best for us throughout the whole process even with all the twists and turns we were faced with. We felt Edward listened to us and would always give his professional opinion on the next best steps to help us. His hard work towards the end of the sale especially must be credited as he did all he could to get the sale over the line and I believe was just as happy and relieved as us when it did happen.

Vickery were the agents for the first property i bought. Would have to say they were excellent from the beginning. Diligently called every Thursday to update progress. Even when there wasn't much to update with it was appreciated, was good to know someone else was pushing for everything to go through. I couldn't have been happier with the service. Ollie, for the initial viewings was great. A big shout out has to go to Toby who went above and beyond to be helpful and make the whole transaction as pleasant and easy as it could be.

Toby pitched everything just right, he wasn't pushy, he had exactly the right balance of communication and contact that you expect and need from a professional. Toby definitely isn't a 'typical Estate Agent' which is actually very high praise indeed!

We recently sold our home through Vickery, and our experience was outstanding from start to finish. We worked closely with Matthew, who was absolutely amazing throughout the whole process. He was understanding, patient, and incredibly helpful nothing was ever too much trouble. Moving home can be very stressful, but Matthew made the transition so much easier for us.

We have recently purchased a house with Vickery and would definitely consider using them again in the future for our sale (if we ever move). They have been incredibly reliable, professional and helpful throughout what has been quite a difficult transaction. I would highly recommend them as they went above and beyond helping me. My dad passed away a few days after he accepted the offer, but nothing was too much for Edward (Camberley office). He kept everything going I had to go through my dad's papers to find some of the information, but Edward was so patient with me while I was trying to find the answers. Every week Edward would phone me with an update even if there was nothing to report. I live in Devon so a couple of times Edward went round my mum and dad's house to report back that everything was alright. I am so pleased we went with them could not fault them in anything they done. We had the solicitor that is attached to Vickery and that was the best decision as they leased with each other and made everything run a lot smoother. We reached out to Vickery about a property that we saw on Rightmove and were keen to view, unfortunately it sold before we could book a viewing.

But that is where we spoke to Ethan and the team at Lightwater about our requirements for our first home together.

They asked all the questions you would expect: who, what, where, why, when.

They didn't have anything that suited at that point, but weeks later we received a call to discuss a property that was yet to reach the market but met many of our requirments.

What a property it was, ideal location, dual aspect and a wonderful garden and garage.

Lewis from the Camberley Branch was quite simply amazing. He was an absolute pleasure to deal with and was so efficient. He made the whole process so easy with all his helpful advice. I have bought and sold properties through Vickery's for many years and would recommend them very highly. I also liked the all in one package with the solicitors as Lewis always knew what the situation was as they are in the same office. A first class service from start to finish.
