Poor Website
The delivery of the magnetic chevrons was not made clear enough on the website in regards to delivery day, everywhere it talks about next day delivery but only after payment was it explained to me that its between 5-7 working days delivery for the chevrons. Also the website offers no magnetic side strips only self-adhesive ones, and so this altered the final cost of the whole package.

Many thanks for your feedback regarding your online purchase. We are sorry that you felt let down by this experience but wanted to let you know of some changes that we’ve made in order to clarify the delivery of Chapter 8 kits to our online customers.
The majority of our online products are available on next day delivery – which is also free of charge on orders over £125.
Chapter 8 Chevron kits are the only exception to this policy. These are custom made products (as specified on the product pages of our website) and are made to order.
When a Chapter 8 purchase is made online, our customers receive a same day call from our team in order to double check the suitability of the purchased kit to the intended vehicle.
During this call, we’ll also discuss the delivery options available and confirm an expected delivery date. In some cases we have been able to fulfil next day deliveries on Chapter 8 kits and will always endeavour to deliver Chapter 8 kit orders as soon as possible.
It also allows us to discuss any further requirements with our customers, such as magnetic elements that may be preferred or whether additional decals are required. Magnetic side stripes are not currently available online – the R3B compliant self-adhesive option suits most requirements but we do realise there will be exceptions, which are discussed during this same day call.
In order to make things clearer for our online customers, we have added further information to our delivery page detailing the process on Chapter 8 kit orders.
We hope that the quality of the products you receive from Victory Design and the further contact made after receipt of order to help things run smoothly will restore your confidence in the service that we provide to all customers.
