Victory Design might well be a good company, but I had a bad experience with delivery. My fault perhaps, as I am not operating from commercial premises, but FedEx made a complete hash of coping with me not being at home at the time. The only delivery note I found was "this is our final attempt", stuck in the door jam instead of through the letterbox (WHY?). Neither the number printed nor the barcode number worked on their tracking system, so I was unable to get help on-line nor on the automated phone service, and then I was away for a few days.

I appealed to Victory for help by email, but got no reply. Fortunately when I returned the item had been delivered through the letter box, despite being over-size (although it need not have been - the contents were only A4). I don't know whether Victory had to intervene. I later found a previous delivery card around the garden, blown away by the wind no doubt, but that wouldn't have helped if the numbers didn't work.

What would improve Victory Design's service is more delivery options at check-out. I would have opted for Royal Mail.

Customer Service is amazing, nothing is ever any trouble. Prices are very competitive. and all the products we've used so far we better than what other suppliers were offering.

After weeks of searching for this product, Victory Designs was one of the few who had it available. I was a bit hesitant to buy internationally at first, but the shipping was quite fast and the item is just as described! I'd be happy to buy from them again in the future!

YOUR service is terrific - no complaints. However the carriers you use which impacts your overall service are dreadful. TNT/Fedex. Last 4 next day orders (ordered before cutoff) have taken 2 or even 3 days. Extremely disappointed. Wednesday now and still waiting for delivery due yesterday, and just received phone message from you after calling to ask when to expect it, to say should be in next day or two. NOT OK! Please offer DPD option for your customers.
