I would love to be able to review my treatment of reflexology. Booked in July as a Birthday present for September, over the telephone. Received a call on Monday 16th that my appointment on the 18th couldn't go ahead because they don't do reflexology and hadn't for some time. I explained that it had been through wowcher and reflexology had been specifically mentioned. He offered other treatments as an alternative (which I would have booked at the outset, if that's what I wanted) so I had to cancel. Very disappointed to be given only 2 days notice after booking so far in advance. Vida then advised I contact Wowcher for a refund, Wowcher sent me back to Vida. I called Vida who said management was not answering the phone so couldn't advise me but would call back. She never did. In the interim, Wowcher sorted it out, even though they were not obliged to do so because it had been bought over 14 days ago. I've given 2 stars because both people I spoke to were polite.

I’m not sure why this review is in the alternative medicine category- Dr. Weir’s medical aesthetics clinic is regulated to a hospital standard and she provides a professional service to the same calibre as her GP practice. I felt completely comfortable from the moment I entered. Dr. Weir does not pressure to accept treatment or products and gives a balanced view of the options available. All my questions were answered and a clear follow up plan was provided.

Jo is amazing, she really puts you at ease. I would highly recommend x her services

My self and my friend were desperate to try the Zo skin health facial, and it did not disappoint! We both felt like our skin was so clean and fresh after. Jo was very professional and let us come in early evening so I could have childcare she made us both feel very comfortable and very approachable answering all our questions, Nothing was too much trouble for her. I would highly recommend zo skin facial, the smell is amazing and felt like it really opened up my pores and my skin is so clear a week after! We both purchased the suncream following our facials as we are already big fans of this skin care! The product was packaged very well! We will def be back! Really enjoyed the whole experience!

Thoroughly enjoyed my visit to this fabulous clinic. It is conveniently located, clean to the highest standards and is beautifully decorated.
My appointment was to learn all about the ZO Skin Health professional-grade skin care range. Dr Jo was extremely knowledgeable about all the products and took lots of time to explain what would be best suited to my very dry, 61 year old skin, as well as what each product does and how to use them. I’ve started with the Complexion Renewal Pads, which are convenient and so easy to use. They leave my skin feeling very smooth and are not harsh at all. I’ve also purchased the tinted Sunscreen SPF30. Using it every day and love how it colour matches to my skin tone and leaves a mat finish. Bye bye to using foundation every day!
Having sampled the other products in the range, I will be back to purchase more soon! Super products and beautifully packaged.

I was very impressed with the way in which I was treated from that very first phone call to the meeting, and then the treatment. Everything went smoothly, Dr Jo was very professional and explained the sort of treatment I was to have and the procedure throughly. In relation to the treatment itself, it was administered without any discomfort. I would highly recommend anyone with muscle joint problems etc to book in.

Lovely consultant, who took time to explain exactly what the procedure was, and what outcome to expect. She had a very calm and professional manner. The premises are spotlessly clean and beautifully furnished. Qualifications are exhibited in the reception area. Really pleased with the results.

I was very nervous about getting any treatments. However, Dr Jo made me feel at ease immediately with her knowledge and sparkling personality. I proceeded with the Botox treatment (not before the most wonderful face cleanse) with Dr Jo explaining every step of the way to reassure me. I could not be happier with the results. I have already booked in again. I cannot recommend Vida Medical and Aesthetics or Dr Jo highly enough.

Jo at Vida Medical supported our TV celebrities with medical assessments prior to four physically demanding days for them. A professional service with the flexibility we needed to fit around our changing schedules. Highly recommended.
