Well whiskey was a reasonable price and although the delivery went wrong they bent over backwards to assist ( it was the couriers issue not there issue) thank you

Paid for Next Day Delivery we’ll inside…
Paid for Next Day Delivery we’ll inside the window. Got a tracking email the next day just saying “we’ll deliver tomorrow”. Contacted them and they just refunded the NDD, no apology, no nothing. No apology no nothing. Enough companies doing this that I won’t need to use them again.

As this was a present it was important it arrived on time the delivery was perfect together with a wide range of Vodka i found they provided a great service.

Ukrainian vodka in a hurry!
Having an urgent need..as one does..for some Ukrainian vodka I used Vida for my first, but certainly not last, time. They went out of their way to ensure it arrived in time and it was much enjoyed even by those who do not usually go for Vodka.
So a warm recommendation for the product, Dima, in a very elegant bottle, and for Vida. Many thanks!

I bought 6 very beautiful fine wine glasses on line. The next day they arrived. Unfortunately one was broken l took a picture and complained. They answered immediately and without an hassle 2 days later l received a new glass.
