I haven’t tried any of the wines yet. However the website, online order system and payment were simple. The delivery was quick and communication excellent. The range of wines appears excellent and the filter facility to find vegan wines ( etc) easy to use and helpful. Very poor packaging
Very poor packaging. Ordered on two occasions and both times the bottles have been strangely damaged. first issue had no box and the second order had a box, yet it was severely damaged! Granted they rectified the issue by sending snacks the first time round and a 30% refund of the second bottle yet this isn't good enough. Very upsetting to find out this keeps happening.

Fast delivery. Interesting wines from lesser known regions and biodynamic creates a unique USP. The Vida Estates Gamza from Bulgaria is proably one of the best red wines I've ever enjoyed!
