first time buyer, goods arrived late than advised, also have parts missing from it, contacted Vida XL and get a response that was translated on google translator very poor and very inefficient. Vida XL offer a refund of 14 Eurs for a purchase of 79.99. what is ridiculous, or to return the goods but was unable to exchange it, also the goods are useless. NEVER USE THIS SERVICE AGAIN AND PLEASE DO AVOID THIS SELLER. DO NOT TRUST THIS USELESS PEOPLE. UPDATE-UPDATE:
Thamires was excelent on how she handle the complaint I made. She provided a quick response and a resolution to the initial problem that was not resolved and badly handled at first by someone with no respect to the customers or the company itself. By Thamires actions I maybe will look on this company again for future purchases.. maybe. Thank you Thamires for your excelent work.

EDITED TO SAY THAT EVERYTHING RESOLVED - POOR WEBSITE INFORMATION FROM VIDAXL BUT IMMEDIATE CONTACT AFTER REVIEW AND ITEM DELIVERED. I ordered a gate on 11th March with delivery 3-5 days. On 18th March the product is still showing as not despatched. On 18th March I received an email saying they had not delivered to me as they could not find my address. They have delivered to me before. I received no phone calls. The product is now late, my builders are being paid for nothing, and the product is STILL showing as not despatched on their website! I emailed a few days ago as I was worried it had not been sent and to ask when the product was being sent, but they did not reply.

I receive my furniture with so many imperfections, scratches, deformities, and horrible painting.
Terrible quality products, the products are crap.
After contacting them, and uncountable emails back and forth, they refunded me (weeks later).
Produto com vários defeitos na pintura, riscos e vários defeitos na madeira. Não condiz com aquilo que está no anúncio.
Depois de reclamar e mandar vários e-mail, eles reembolsaram meu dinheiro (semanas depois).

The bed sent to me had missing parts and nothing was mentioned about missing parts as well, hence when I lie down on it, it was bent from the centre and the start in the middle. I am editing my experience as Thimares was really helpful in resolving the issue and took full responsibility of the issue and helped me until the end. Though unfortunately the missing parts were not available but the service level and willingness to help is outstanding. I would like to mention it to vidaXL that people like Thimares are a real asset for your company as her assistance totally turned my perception about your business.

Terrible service, not only it took a very long time for the delivery to be sent, I never received it.
I asked for the courier to contact me via phone, they never did and always said they tried to deliver the package but it was just not true.
In the end, after many attempts of communication I had to cancel it. Don't trust this website, their agents are always making false promises and you're always speaking with a different person.

Terrible service I brought a chair of this company 9 weeks ago they delivered a plug and said they delivered the chiar which they never did this was a birthday present for someone which they never got, I still do not have the chair I keep asking them what’s happened I filled all the paperwork in 3 weeks ago still no chair now I have asked for my money back and they keep coming up with excuses I am not happy also I have asked for the complaints book 9 times which they will not send, the service is terrible not one sorry for the hassle I had and waiting in saying they will deliver this hope they do not still other peoples money like mine

The order was delivered in time and correctly.
But the invoice sent is not officially accepted.
It doesn't include our VAT number.
We are waiting for a valid invoice since May...

NEVER TRUST ON THIS COMPANY, TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SUPPORT EXPERIENCE.
I had a terrible experience with this company. Last time, I faced an issue, and it took their representative 15 days to resolve it. Now, they have failed to deliver my order again, and their customer support is being unhelpful, asking me to handle the delivery company myself. It's their responsibility, not mine, to deal with the delivery. I have lost all faith in Vidaxl and their customer support. I kindly request a refund of my amount due to this frustrating and disappointing experience. Their customer support has been the worst I've encountered.

Since April 2023 I have been trying to fix a bathroom cabinet that was delivered not functioning. In June 2023 VidaXL organized it to be collected and informed me that would refund me. I informed VidaXL that the credit card/account used to pay for the item was long closed. VidaXL told me that they must first make the refund to this "closed" account and after the money is refused by the bank, they would then pay the refund to any other account I nominate. Now VidaXL asked for prove of not receiving the refund, the bank where the account was, kindly wrote to VidaXL (email them directly) saying that no money was received in the account, that accound has been long closed. However, VidaXL does not accept the bank's reply, saying that it must be in PDF format in a bank's formal letter head and hand signed. The bank has already explained to VidaXL that whoever send the money must trace it from their end, that there is no way for the bank to trace something that they haven't received, the only thing they can do is to say that it wasn't received ... already done. Obviously the bank has no further obligation with me, as I do not hold any other accounts with them and they have already written to VidaXL. Now months after they already collected the damaged item VidaXL keep saying that they have paid me, they sent the money to a closed account and they were fully aware that it was closed because I have many times told them that.

I bought a product, but as I was not satisfied with it, I asked for a refund. It took a couple of weeks, as the product had to be picked up at my place. But during those two weeks I got a super good service. The staff was very, very helpful, and kind. Until now it is the best service I ever had from an internet company.
