We have a very bad experience with VidaXL.
Despite the fact that the website promises that the product will be delivered within 5 working days, it took us more than a month to receive all the packages of the product, and only after our urging and complaints.
When the product finally arrived, it was of poor quality and useless.
Our complaint and refund have been in place for over a month now, and despite promises to receive the money within 5 business days, we still haven’t.
I strongly advice to avoid buying from VidaXL

When you order multiple items within one order, it is possible the delivery dates differ. The same goes for products that are shipped in multiple parcels.
Your order was sent in 5 parcels and 4 of them where delivered on time while one unfortunately got lost.
This can happened sometimes but we do have procedure in place to solve issue as soon as possible
It is really pity that you needed to wait longer for all parcels to see that product is not as expected .But i ma glad we did organize return and already refund order

Waste of money
The product was bad. Very low quality it started to fall apart in less than two weeks. We contacted the help service and it was just chaotic. Every time a different person replied promising different kind of help. In the end they said we can send it back if it is in same shape as we got it. Would definitely NOT RECOMMEND. Waste of money and time. Completely disappointed with everything.

As a reminder, every vidaXL order comes with a 30 day return period in which the items can be returned free of costs. After that, the products are covered with a 2 year warranty in which we would be happy to help with, for example, spare parts to help solve the issue.
If you are not happy with quality of product product can be returned in return period for full refund .
