I mainly use the program to download YouTube videos for off-line viewing when I have no Internet connection. This always worked great, but recently some files would not appear in the destination directory. Everything else looked OK, it claimed success but no files. I have been back and force with the support desk, they where extremely patient, supportive, offered suggestions, and finally found the (my ;-) problem. The downloaded file name started with a "dot" character, and hence was hidden. In reality I had a ton of downloaded copies on my disk.

In summary: great product, great support. Highly recommended

Love their product VideoProc, I've used it for so many things since purchasing. I highly recommend it. Amazing customer service as well. I recently had to reinstall my computer and had to reach out to them regarding reinstalling. Not only did they reply quickly, they figured out my problem after a couple follow up questions. Very happy all around, great company.

After working with other converter programs I discovered the Videoproc converter and I have used it with great satisfaction since. I was able to digitize a lot of copies of my DVD collection completely with their subtitles. However I had a nasty experience recently when my lifetime licence was blocked because of an ad for the new AI version. By return they sent me my licence code and I could continue working with their great program. This fine service "re-installed" my confidence in this firm.

My dad's old home movies from the 1970s have been given the 21st century treatment thanks to VideoProc Converter. The free version caters for the 3 minute length of each film and smooths them out perfectly. It's almost spooky how they now look like they were filmed yesterday.

Very useful product and good value for money. I still feel I have not yet unlocked its full potential which is impressive.

i have been using the videoproc for about 8 years now. Its basically the only program I use for editing videos. The thing I probably love of the most is the speed. For instance, I can re-encode a 1 hour wmv or mkv, crop a bit, cut the first 5 minutes off a video and the conversion to a mp4 takes 5-10 minutes. Those kinds of speeds are unbelievably fantastic. It has a simple interface thats super easy to use. Each version continues to only get better. This is the only video software i recommend to people.
