they are thieves they advertise to get you a 3 month visa then they say they can only after you payed give you a 1 month visa cost 68 you pais 75 so you get back 7 euros yoy apply for a evisa you pay 25 dollar so walk very fast from this companany or you like to burn money they are a bunch of legal thieves

I got an evisa on line snd got 30 days approved. Went to Cambodia for a day to see angkor wat and they gave visa on arrival with very smooth service and waited only half an hour for it. At the airport to get back to vietnam they said we cant enter as the visa is only one time entry. Tried calling immigration dept about 100 times sent emails to try and get an urgent visa. Never answered phone. Again applied fir visa on a Saturday and got visa following Thursday. No support at all . Be careful to read details about visa approval. No place to apply for multiple entry in application process. Last minute booking to get back was a nightmare as tickets were very pricy. Lost a week of my holiday!! But Cambodia was very peaceful and people super nice!!

this is my number of application #8709721582 i applied 19/08/2019 and i paid also for super urgent which need to be done in 4h,and untill this date 21/08/2019 i still not receive the approval letter yet,my flight is tomorrow and i don't know what to do

Total con to get an e visa for Vietnam.!! All you get is a group invitation letter which you have to print off, and a copy of the visa application form which you again have to print out and fill in your details ( this is available anytime at Vietnam immigration for free. You will still have to pay a 25 dollar stamping fee. This site is made to look like an official Vietnamese government site . It is NOT.Do not use.

we paid for this visa, then whilst we were at the travel agents,we were informed that a visa was required prior to departure from Australia.
This meant we had to pay for our visas twice

The turnaround was very fast. The form I had to fill in was very straightforward and easy to understand. And when I arrived at the airport in Hanoi, there was someone there to greet me who dealt with everything for me whilst I waited.

Terrible service. Its a cheap way to get a visa. However when you get your visa it has yours and everyone else's personal details on a poorly photocopied form. Utterly disgraceful.
I asked for a full refund and was told no "you got what you answered for"
Of course when you get there people join the entry line thinking that is the correct thing to do. It's not. As you have a visa all it means is that you have to be processed on the spot. Sometimes this can take hours. Pay the Vietnam Visa to get the visa paperwork in your passport. Costs more but for privacy reams and peace of mind avoid this an any online Visa service.

Theft
The cashier gave me 1 USD change instead of $10 USD and then disappeared at the HCM airport. When I complained it was obvious no one wanted to know as I guess they were all in on the scam. Not a good start to visiting Vietnam.

Arriving at Ho Chi Ming Airport we had trouble actually finding where to apply for the visas. No signage or directions that we could see.
Gentleman that took our application was very unfriendly and after taking the application just waved us to some seats with no explanation of what was to happen. As we had a connecting flight on domestic and our previous flight arrived late it would have been helpful to have some idea of how long the process would take. There was only one couple seated with us and yet after waiting around 15 minutes I approached the cashier and told her of the time frame for the coming flight. She finally process the application then and we were then hurried through customs to domestic. I felt the officer taking the application to be very rude and very unhelpful. I doubt I will ever bother to visit Vietnam again as I find the people of the country extremely friendly but any officials we dealt wth were very abrupt and unfriendly.

I was very pleased with the service I received at the Embassy , the girl was very friendly and helpful . my only bit of confusion was only discovered at the airport on the return trip . being a first time traveller , I didn't check the visa when I got it , I actually asked for a 3 month visa and I only received a one month , when I arrived at the airport I was told my flight was booked home 2 days after the visa expired , I was fined and allowed to fly home .
I now realise it was my responsibility to check my passport but the problem would not have occurred if I had received the three month visa . but besides that the service could not have been better .
