Application went fairly smoothly but the contact link for queries did not work

Just advice at the arrival to get visa was missed. For the rest evrything went well.

Travel agent missed I needed a visa cause of an irish passport

Therefore could not get on plane

Had to get a visa just to fly Why could this not be an automatic download once you pay the fee. Once I went through hours of waiting and calling a rep in Vietnam got a printout

However then once I got to Vietnam had to get another visa that took 3 hours

My business meetings therefore had to get all rearranged and I didn't see all I wanted

What is the difference between the first and second visa

People were good and country is amazing and would recommend to visit and do business there just wished I didn't have the confusion and delay

I was unexpected to pay another fee at the Tan Son Nhat airport. I was held for 45 minutes at the airport to complete the visa process. Wasting of time!
For this online application, I had to run out to get photo taking, fill out the applications myself. Next time, I rather have my travel agents to complete the visa application. They will completed from A to Z for lower price because photos are free and I do not have to fill out application, plus I will not be wasting time at the arrival airport to pay extra fee and delay to complete the visa process.

The visa issuing process for Vietnam is strange compared to all other countries I've experienced, and the information provided is not sufficient, easily leading to disappointment. I ended up having to cancel flights due to misinterpreting the instructions.

I only realised late that as my stay was over 15 days I needed a Visa I spoke to them on the phone sorted the details out on line all done within the hour and a member of staff met me at the airport to rush the visa through the system (15 Min) as I had an onward flight

When we arrived in Vietnam it took no more than 15 minutes to get our visa. We were aware we needed to pay cash.

As indicated in the title, you need this pre-Visa to get an actual Visa, for which you still have to pay another $65 US at the airport. It was quite annoying to find this out, and they should be more up-front about that.

Aside from that, the process itself went quite smoothly and the Vietnamese Visa queue was very fast. You should note though, that your Name and passport number will be shared with all the other people on the Visa list (I think there are 10 per list). Although this is apparently 'normal' practise, its a bit disconcerting and not particularly secure. It seems there should be a better way to do this.

An urgent need for a rush visa for a quick trip to Vietnam proved to be not such a big hassle with the visa being promptly processed within an hour.

We have pre-paid for taxi as well but nobody was there waiting or greet us. we have tried to find anybody but no luck.

I paid for visa but I never received any approval letter to my email address and when I sent them email repeatedly informing about it they never replied!!! Distrustful company!
