Artikel niet geleverd vreemde klachtafhandeling

Op 28 juli heb ik betaald voor een artikel van Vignagoods.nl. Het artikel werd pas op 11 augustus geleverd volgens dat bedrijf. Ik was toen op vakantie en heb het artikel niet kunnen aannemen. De vervoerder beweert dat het artikel geleverd is. Het artikel is niet bij mijn buren in mijn appartementencomplex bezorgd. Geklaagd op 16 augustus. Rare klachtafhandeling: Vignagoods vraagt mij om eerst bij de buren na te gaan of het daar is bezorgd. Daarna beweren zij dat de vervoerder het bij mij heeft bezorgd. Tenslotte biedt Vignagoods aan om 45% van het door mij betaalde bedrag te vergoeden. Omdat ik mijn geld terug wil is men bereid om het bedrag van het product te vergoeden, maar de vervoerskosten niet.
Het laatste bod is dat zij een nieuw artikel willen sturen. Ik heb dat geweigerd omdat ik de vervoerder niet vertrouw. Tot op heden 11-9-2025 geen bedrag terugontvangen.
