They have recently implemented a couple of onerous policies for current subscribers that screams plain and simple GREED! First: those with standard subscription now have to contend with advertisements. To get to what you had originally enjoyed when you first signed up, you'd have to pay an additional $49.99 annually. Second: they have placed highly rated shows, old and new, under Viki Plus, an upgraded subscription meaning MORE MONEY! Shows that we enjoyed before, we can no longer rewatch unless we upgrade our subscription. If you're thinking of subscribing, I advise you not. It's a money trap and these people have no integrity. SHAME OM YOU, VIKI

Constantly get part way through a show only to switch to constant buffering.
Happens on both Firestick and MiStick
Used to work OK, and all other apps still working perfectly.
Have given up using Viki due to their abysmal technical abilities.

I love Viki, but the continue playing function doesn't work. Not only does it not register at what time you stop watching an episode, but it sometimes doesn't show the series in there at all. It's been like this for over a year now.

This site is definitely a scam!!
I subscribed two years ago to watch something that wasn't available on other streaming sites but even after I canceled my account I was charged and on top of that my email was changed to an email that was not mine very easily. When I requested a refund I was charged instead. Don't ever use this company unless you are in for the long haul!

Good channel BUT the adverts spoil it there’s more adverts than drama which puts you right off can’t get into the dramas and enjoy them as adverts arrive at the best parts so will look for a better channel

VIKI is only showing partial contents, arbitrarily translated and even poorly interpreted contents from China, Korea, Japan. Nowadays, they are pushing Chinese contents, for promotions. And, there is nothing you can do to custom display your favorite shows.

Also, their content posting is lagged for over 24-36 hours (without English Translation yet) and as a paid user, this is unacceptable.

I don’t why having a issues!! i watching on my Apple tv full HD! on my ipad pro & on i phone via App! it’s smoother then Amazon prime go try finding recent Added series & movies on Amazon ! lol !
this on is easy pretty straight forward! get pass 1 week free with annual subscription! without any issue! omg 😱 you will be surprised where netflix & amazon getting ideas for the web series or being remake! From south Asians series with English subtitles! working fine soon will be added english dubbing! kook at the rating so so Good other hand netflix amzon or sky whatever series coming out flopped waist of money no story line !

When will Viki get shows/movies with more adult content. It seems to be too many mushy shows. I would love to see more modern day dramas focusing on modern issues like adultery. I saw many previews of such shows coming from China and Korea on YouTube

Everytime I click on a page like "explore" or "movies" I get an error that says "404 we can't seem to find the page you were looking for" I don't understand why I keep getting it but when I click on any shows/movies from the main page I'm able to watch it. Ever since the new update the website always seems to crash.

I have had weeks of videos freezing, endless buffering, or video freeze but audio continues. I made several reports, no response, no resolution. I have been watching Viki since Drama Fever went off the air and initially I had no problems other than translation was not as good as Drama Fever. However, weeks of these types of problems with no resolution and reading other reviewers also experiencing the same problems, it is time to cancel my premium subscription.

I find this a great app to watch Asian dramas that I can't access via Netflix. I wish I could get it on my TV but I need a fancier TV for that! Works great on my ipad though. Subtitles are usually really well done and the range of shows available is terrific. I like being able to leave a review for shows I have watched, and being able to check out reviews before selecting a show. (especially as sometimes the plot synopsis can be a bit brief. I paid the subscription to avoid the ads and think it is value for money.

Nice shows...but extremely slow in coming out with English subtitles.

I found this place and started watching with Empress Ki, and then on to Eternal Love and the other ones I have seen have held my attention. I even Cry when things get very emotional. I an trying to find a way to buy these selections, since my Daughter is also deeply attracted to Asian and other shows like these.

I sat through 3 cycles of commercials. The same one always plays 3 times and then it goes to the show. It played it 9 times in a row and this is not the first time. I like the content and understand the advertising for free streaming but this is ridiculous. By the time my show is playing I am already done with my food and no longer streaming anything.

When I first started watching Viki is was really good. No issues. But, lately, movies just stop in the middle. I have to get out of the movie and back in. Just pauses in the middle. I am NOT a paying customer and I am glad I am not if they cannot fix the quality of their issues. I have uninstalled and reinstalled and it does not make any difference.

I am a paid member for standard viewing. I am now only able to watch Viki with commercials. Please reinstate my membership.

There are so many bugs and glitches with Viki that a lot of times it's unusable. They need to fix these issues but they never do. It often just stops working on my TV and the only solution is to take time to uninstall it and reinstall it, then it works again. I shouldn't have to do this for something I'm paying for. They should refund me for the time I cannot access what I'm paying for because this is getting old. Also, a lot of times where you left off on your TV won't even register on your computer and you don't know where you were. The list of problems is endless. Probably the worst app I've ever used.
