That the jewellery was exactly what I expected from the website and also the gift box. The only thing you could improve is that it wasn't clear which courier is going to make the delivery in Greece (It was ΕΛΤΑ courier, Hellenic Post).

So here the thing! Am living in United Arab Emirates and I ordered a knot ring from Sweden 🇸🇪, first thing first the customer care is beyond care, they are responding in time and handling client's issues with high understanding and ready to handle any enquiries in a polite way.."funny thing they even wished me good night 😃 when I was responding by saying am sleepy " secondly packing is very careful arranged and the item is well protected. Thirdly, the Ring 💍 is same as in pictures and they even customised with the name of my partner. I love it. Viktorias are the one who made me smile with their crafting and their work can make someone smiles either close or thousands of miles away. Great job, keep it up.
