Scam site dont buy from them

I have ordered a Hug Ring from them because all the ads on socials. They were active on facebook cuz i saw a comment that said 2days ago. I have written maybe 10 emails? No f*ckin answer nothing i didnt get anything of my order just the money taken obvy. I belive its gonna be a SCAM SITE so watch out. I think all the other reviews or comments are bots and they scammin real people.

SCAMMERS

PLEASE DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY THEY ARE SCAM!

This is an update to my previous reviews based on my experience between ordering €396 of goods on the 29th October 2025 and today 14th January 2026. Order No VK60800
To date I have not received the goods although they have promised me several times they are on the way, in contradiction to one email that informed me that they could not fulfill the order. They have offered me incentives to increase my Trust pilot rating! And have promised me a full refund, which I accepted but the money has not been forthcoming. This company is a scam, I am still seeing ads on FB and Instagram with lots of nice comments, which are probably fake but in the end they steal your money. Also beware I believe that they may also trade under various names so be vigilant!

I ordered a hig ring and some ear rings and have not recieved nor had any correspondence on from the email support options. I believed I have been scammed.

However due to high demand, they eventually pulled through and delivered and also offered to fully refund the purchase. Overall, although a slow process, they really did come through and deliver the product

A Ring That Never Arrived and Support That Never Cared

I ordered a ring over a month ago and it still hasn’t arrived. The support team (bunch of china bots) keeps repeating the same scripted lines about “high demand” and how they’re “trying their best,” but that’s simply not true. They show no real interest in resolving the issue and clearly don’t care about the customer. If you value your money, don’t waste it here. You’d honestly be better off donating it to a shelter for homeless dogs. Really terrible experience and I absolutely not recommend it.

UPDATE: Of course Viktorias replied to my review lieng how they care, last time they did the same, and you know what, nothing changed.... No ring, no money and ignored messages.

My experience with purchasing from Viktorias

I ordered a necklace from Viktorias with the engraving “I love you” along with a gift box. I placed my order on November 10th. After ordering, I contacted customer support several times — three times via the website and twice by email. The store states that their managers reply within 24 hours. In my case, this was not true. I waited 8 days without any response, and only on the 9th day did I decide to leave a review.

As soon as my one-star review appeared, I received an immediate response. Viktorias offered a so-called “gesture of goodwill”: a full refund while still sending the order to me as a gift, on the condition that I change my review. Believing the company genuinely wanted to fix the situation, I agreed.

Unfortunately, communication issues continued. When I later contacted Viktorias again regarding the “gift,” I was ignored once more. After changing my review back to one star, I again received a very fast response and the requested information. I updated my review yet again, hoping the situation had finally been resolved — but the lack of communication repeated itself.

I was told delivery would take 6–12 days depending on the country. In reality, it took longer, and tracking information was unclear for a significant period of time. That said, the refund was processed as promised.

In the end, the necklace did arrive. Despite the long delivery time and some issues along the way, the product itself is well made and has a nice concept. Overall, after many complications, the company did correct its mistakes, and I did receive both the item and the refund as agreed.

This experience had a rough start and involved unnecessary stress, but it was eventually resolved. I hope Viktorias improves its communication, internal processes, and customer support going forward so similar situations can be avoided in the future.

“Viktorias were super helpful despite my address being incorrectly added to the shipping address and super nice abs respectful in the email response something which most companies lack these days.”
