Update

Update - items arrived but it took a lot of chasing emails and the items arrived 3 weeks later than expected. Tracking number was not active with the courier for a period of approx 2 weeks. Just a heads up that in busy festive gift giving seasons it will take longer than the supplier initially states on their website. Allow plenty of time for the order to be delivered. The items were of good quality and arrived in gift boxes but these also need to be ordered.

Placed an order and have had no communication regarding delivery and no updates. I now wish to cancel the order due to the lack of customer service and the fact that the order clearly has not been dispatched and obviously there is no intention of you making the shipment. I am reporting you to trading standards as I believe this is a scam. Order number VK73423.

Help from customer services

I was Totally losing faith with Viktorias, ordered a hug ring for my wife on nov 29th , royal mail tracking sid they were expecting it on nov 30th. 10 days later they have not received it or an update, nor have i. Have emailed 3 times

No contact customer service

update 7 januar 2026:

i chanched my rating because victorias came with a solution for not being in time and delivering the right ring. the refunded my total ammount so i can go shopping with my daughter for a new ring. They made excuses that they went viral and therfore couldnt keep the prommise of delivering in time. so it took a while but they came with a solution. therfore i chanched my rating from 1 star into three stars

Update 24 december:

Yes, I got a ring !! But it didnt have the inscription and it wasnt in a giftbox as prommised. Because it was on so short notice i had to give the ring with a story atached , that i would go to a regular jewelery shop after christmas to find her another nice ring as birthday present (with inscription). Im very dissapointed in viktorias especialy because they promissed it would be soulved 100% before her birthday. Please just refund the payment and i will go to another shop with that money.

Despite the mail that they would solve it for 100 % still no answer.... i understand that every shop is busy but don't make promises you can't keep..... I'll recommend to stop your shop if you are to busy to deliver. I'm waiting since the end of November now. Don't order till they solved there problems !!!!

I have placed an order on November 27th. As of December 1st, the order is on the same status (order ready). I have tried to reach the customer service more than once (through email since there is no other way) and I receive an automatic response. And there is no way to cancel my order. So, stay away...

Edited 11/12 I’ve received my hug ring. It’s exactly as described! I changed my review from 1 star to 4 stars as the response I did get from the Company was very informative! Unfortunately I had to buy another item for a present so I will be returning the hug ring!

I am extremely disappointed with my experience so far.
I placed my order Order #VK77743 on December 2nd, and it has now been more than a week without any update regarding shipping.

I have sent multiple emails with important questions about the packaging and the card I requested, but I have not received any reply. My last attempt to contact customer service was even rejected because their email inbox was full, which is very unprofessional for any company.

I ordered a ring on 24th November and…

I ordered a ring on 24th November and have not heard anything from them. I’ve sent numerous emails and got no response but yet they have time to answer questions on Facebook. They say they are extremely busy but then why take on extra work and then not even answer emails. I’ve given them until the end of the week to respond and if I don’t get a reply I’ll cancel my order. Very unprofessional in my opinion.I had to open a dispute via PayPal and they got my money back. Company send me an email saying if I change my rating on trust pilot they will send a free ring so I advise anyone that ordered from this company and haven’t received your item to leave a bad review here or on other media platforms and then they will contact you. Absolute pathetic sham of a company and I’d advise to stay well clear and buy from a reputable seller.

Despite been given a tracking number for Royal Mail, the tracking says that Royal Mail have been informed the sender has sent the parcel but has been stuck on that since 1st December. Cheap and easy

It’s cheap and easy. The only downside has been the long waiting time because of high demand, but they have promised that my items will be sent. They also gave me one product for free. I am currently waiting on my tracking and for the orders to be shipped, and hopefully everything arrives soon.

Received emails from Viktorias to ask for amending my comments and rating before sending the goods and refund. It is ridiculous to make it before the case is settled. If it is a SCAM, it would just letting more people being suffered.

The rating and comments could be considered to update after the case is settled in a proper way.

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction and concern regarding an order #VS1430 placed on your online shop on November 1, 2025.

The order was including a Solid Gold Ring, costing over USD 600. Despite the significant value of this purchase, I have not received any communication regarding the delivery schedule.

Since the date of purchase, I have sent multiple emails to your customer service team (on Nov 7, Nov 11, Nov 13, Nov 16), but I have received absolutely no feedback or reply. This complete lack of communication is unacceptable and has led me to suspect that this may be an online shopping scam.

I require an immediate and comprehensive update on the status of my order, including a confirmed delivery date or a full refund.

I demand a reply to this email by the end of the day, Monday, December 8, 2025.

Please be advised that due to the non-delivery of the item and the complete radio silence from your company, I have already begun the process of seeking legal assistance and will be escalating this matter to the relevant Swedish authorities for investigation.

Have placed an order for a hug ring order no #VK69487 i have emailed and messaged on other media sources but just get a standard reply all the same messages beginning to believe this is a scam
