They don't adjust VAT correctly.
Prices in Andorra are supposed to be 15% cheaper because of the low 4.5% VAT (compared to 21% VAT rate in neighbours countries). But it seems they are using their monopoly of sport shops to use the VAT difference as profits. The prices are the same as in the rest of europe, because they enjoy SUPER VAT benefits on their ends. Nasty.

Good but very expensive. Even with the low Andorran IGI/VAT Viladomat is more expensive than shops in other EU countries.

I had bought a jacket online. It has a lot of hidden costs. Usually, when I buy from big companies, they don't ask us to pay for returning charges. But this company, with all their selfishness, doesn't promote online trial.. I don't trust this company anymore. Very untrustworthy.. Very money minded

They sent me the wrong size of shoes and they were in poor condition. I sent them back for refund. They don’t want to refund the boots cost and the shipping cost that I paid.
Scammers!!! Avoid at all cost!!

I recommend Viladomat for their wonderful customer service! Keren (and the customer service team) was very kind and helpful in locating my package after it didn't arrive after a few days— it turned out I had my old phone number on my Viladomat account so the DPD France delivery driver was unable to contact me to receive the package. Keren was thoughtful, considerate, and helpful in describing my options, and was very thorough in following up with me and with DPD on my behalf. I appreciate her patience and am grateful that she found a solution, and I happily received the package today! I will certainly be shopping with Viladomat again.
I wish I could give a bonus star because my ski jacket was also on sale for a great price! :)

I just had to close a dispute in Paypal with them, for a return rejected.

1. Ordered shoes in size 7 - size guide returns mens shoes guide first in the womens section (and in Viladomat Size it doesn’t specify that it is US so very easy to get confused)
2. Return at my own cost (10€) and get rejected cause I used the sticker that came in the same box. These stickers are normally there for a reason and in the email with instructions they sent me it was not indicated that I should ignore it.

On the call I get treated like I am a number, they mention norms norms norms and I felt like they were trying to make a profit out of me.

I opened the case in Paypal and received an offer for the refund of the shoes minus the cost of the box, which was not mentioned to me at any point in the call. I even mentioned it and they initially discarded it and treated me like I am dumb for using a sticker that is clearly there for a reason.

I accepted it just cause this was causing me a massive anxiety attack and decided to prioritise my mental health. But I felt treated like I am worth nothing as a customer to them. Don’t buy here!

They change the initial prices of the products, so they can fake discounts

I just bought from Viladomat for the first time. We know the store from many trips to Andorra. Locally it is a very nice sports and outdoor store. The website looks a bit suspicious (no real impressum) but with our knowledge of it we had no problem. With a call at their German number we reached a nice person (speaking English) answering all of our questions. Delivery to Germany was quick with DPD. Prices are excellent and are even better if you can pick up at one of their stores in Andorra. No duty as they mail from Spain. Overall a very good experience! We will come back.

Worst ever! Because of false packing they just kept 30% as PENALTY!!! for them! And plus you have pay yourself for Retour, although they said and never answered back that if a item costs more than 200€ they pay for retour! That never happened!

Different failures of my order and a higher price than order confirmation.

I live in Germany and ordered a pair of North Face walking shoes which had the best price I could find online. I ordered Sunday night, payment was made via credit card and the order confirmation received immediately. On Tuesday, the order was shipped. The shipment information with tracking option from Spain was received again via email on Thursday and on Friday the package was already delivered via DPD. All went perfect and fast. I am happy with my shoes and would definitely buy here again.

Excellent service, we live in the UK and ordered a North Face jacket on line from Spain 🇪🇸 as it was at a great price. The order was easy to place and delivered on time, we tracked the package and were informed of the delivery time and date. We are very pleased with the service and the jacket we ordered which was as described . 5* service and highly recommended.
