Shocking customer service - poor quality of clothes - I have been trying to make a complaint and get a return sent back. They only answer back every 4 days and now getting the the emails declined as if they blocked me. I would like a full refund. The girl Lily I dealt with just kept saying sorry and I never got the resolution.

Goods eventually arrived but were very poorly sized. Returns impossible as they don't answer emails/phone.
Goods come from China so very expensive to return.
JUST DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS DISCGRACEFULL COMPANY - THEY ARE THIEVES!!!!!

Ordered cashmere trousers which when received looked nothing like ad. Requested return instructions which were protracted in coming but have sent item back to a Chinese address at my cost. Just had my e-mails with the company returned as undeliverable. Not hopeful of seeing any refund.

I ordered a coat for my husband. They sent a completely different coat in a wrong size. They want me to send it back at my cost to CHINA!
Their headquarters is in the UK. When I pointed out that I bought from a UK company and shouldn’t be paying shipping to China, they then blocked my email.
I’m £70 down.
This is definitely a scam website.

I echo many of the other negative reviews. The customer service was appalling, with slow responses, and unlike the claim on the website the return process was full of hassles. I have returned the item at my own expense but don't hold out much hope that I will ever get a refund. Do not order from this company.

Please do not use this website. There is no contact after purchase you cannot get a refund on items. Like others I wish I had read these reviews prior to ordering.

Complete scam company. Clothes are hideously cheap in quality and no refund was given upon my request for one. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

I did not read the reviews. Shabby poor quality. Don’t believe the pictures. Hassle free returns - send back to China.

Purchased a woman’s shirt, had an email to expect delivery and had an email to say delivered. The item never arrived sent an email asking for proof of delivery and then an email back to say they would be checking this. After that radio silence. Their email on web site now does not work and previous ones pinging back as undelivered. The mobile number on the contact page is permanently busy. This is a total scam please avoid. I have lost my money.

Cheap products, lies about what material they are using and then they block your email from going through when you request to return the item.
DON'T BUY FROM THEM!

Product arrived, was cheap and awful looking. Tried to return it as says 30 day easy returns. Get told to send a photo of the item, and then told to send it back to China and they wouldn't cover shipping. Now all of my emails are being mysteriously returned. Absolutely fraudsters, am reporting to trading standards. If I could give no stars I would.

I made a request for a refund through the so called support email, which did respond asking me to send photos of the item, when I tried to send photos the server kept denying the email exists, so l haven’t heard anything.

No refund, no customer service, no contact.

I attempted to return an item but emails sent to Vilamora’s advertised support address were rejected by their mail server, making it impossible to contact the company. Despite advertising “hassle-free returns”, there was no customer service and no way to pursue a refund directly.

I received no response and no assistance at all. The only way I was refunded was through my card provider, not the retailer.

I would strongly advise other customers to be very cautious AND NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE ordering, particularly if you think you may need to return an item or contact the company.

Dreadful quality, nothing like the image on the website. Ordered a large for a man and a small female size was delivered. I asked for a refund, I was then asked to send photographs. The email has been returned undeliverable.

I wish I’d checked reviews before I made a purchase! The items are such poor quality and not much as they look styled on the website. This is a Chinese company don’t be fooled! You have to pay to return times to China!! That’s if you can get an ‘approval’

I spent £70.00 on a what I thought was a lovely jacket for my son. It arrived and I opened it and took it out. Such bad quality and just look like it had been put together quickly. Never buy from there again it was really bad.

As all the other reviews state absolutely shocking.

AVOID this website, not as described....ordered a wool jacket and got 95%polyester and 5% cotton, looks nothing like the picture.Buyer pays return to China !

Please, please do not have anything to do with this lot. The sweater is truly appalling - I ordered it weeks ago, it arrived today and is just horrid. Very bed quality fabric dreadfully put together and by all accounts no way of sending it back unless I pay the thick end of £30 - the garment cost £45, so please folks learn by my expensive mistake, and simply have nothing to do with them. Rant over, but I could continue….
