Awful quality and absolutely disgusting comms and returns. Bought a jacket for which the quality was so so poor compared to the picture! When trying to return they do not read my emails but keep sending me an option of returning the item but with no returns details or having another item at 75% of the money I spent with them. I do not want the hassle of receiving another low quality item so I want to return it, but now five emails later, they still haven’t given me instructions on how to return the jacket. Their website says ‘easy returns’ which clearly is not the case.

I wish I had read these before ordering a wool blend jacket which is actually polyester. Unwearable and like others no reply to emails and the phone number doesn’t exist. Am co tact g trading standards and emailed rip off Britain on BBC as this company is fraudulent. Do NOT buy anything from them.

Like all the reviewers would give a zero if could. Rubbish scamming company based in China. Really poor quality and badly fitting clothing. No chance of returning as detail of how to return is only available ‘on request’. And they just ignore you. Don’t waste your money on these scammers.

I stupidly didn’t check reviews before using this website to buy a coat for my wife for Christmas. My experience is the same as all the other reviews. Despite the fancy website suggesting 24/7 support and hassle free refunds I have not experienced either. I commenced a conversation on 24th December that resolved with them on 13th Jan. This has resulted in me paying £27 to post the coat back to China so I can get the rest of the cost refunded to me. Largely because I’m stubborn. I purchased with my credit card but claiming the money back hasn’t been successful, company registered in UK, shipped from China and amount taken from my account was in US$.

Please avoid at all costs.

The quality of clothes and the refund policy is so bad, it should be banned in the UK.
I’ve ordered a blazer that came two size too big. When tried to return it or exchange it for smaller size, I was told not only they do not exchange, but also the return must be done to their China factory and on my own cost. They offered me to keep the item and get 75% discount when purchasing next item - No, thank you.
Don’t buy it, it’s waste of your money and causing a lot of frustration and disappointment.

What they send me doesn't not meet my expectations at all. The time not even worth one pound. I would never go out wearing something like this . What theyare showing in the photos compared to what I actually received is a complete joke. I wanted to return it but been ignored 1 week allready . I dont think I will recive my money back !!!!! Do not recommended at all !!

Stay away!!!! Items don't look anything like on the photos provided on their website, really bad quality. No point returning it either as you would have to cover the costs of shipping to China!!!!

I would have rated zero is an option. This is a scam company. They take your money, fail to deliver then use fraudulent resons for failing to deliver. I'm left with no delivery and struggling to get a refund - I doubt I ever will. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY

I ordered a pair of Isla Orthopedic Low-Top Sneakers for my mother who suffers from arthritis. My mum wore them only twice and the sole is destroyed, they were supposed to be leather. Extremelt bad quality, she can't wear them now.

Scam company from China! Complete rip off!! Ordered a wool coat , no lining!! I’ve had thicker dish cloths!! This company took my money!! I may as well have opened my purse and threw my money down the drain! Why are these fraudulent people allowed to rip off innocent people !! Come on trading standards do your job !

Do not order from this company! They completely ignore your emails and are operating illegally. I cancelled my order 10 mins after placing it. Sent 6 emails and they have ignored everyone of them. Reporting them to my credit card company and Trading Standards.

Additional order added to my basket. No recognised website so couldn't cancel the order in under the hour to stop - as stated on website. Phone number not recognised. Told to pay for postage on both items even though they added the second one to my order. Avoid.

I ordered cashmere trousers and jumper for myself and my daughter. I was then very concerned after reading reviews about the cheap materials used and the reality that in fact these come from China instead of the London address used for their registered office. However communication from the company was excellent keeping me informed of the transit journey and the clothes arrived around 10 days after ordering and the quality of the cashmere is perfectly adequate - soft and comfortable.

My coat arrived about 3 weeks after I ordered it. Cheap rubbish. Doesn't look like the photo

Well, the puffer coat i ordered did eventually arrive and I do like it. Doesn't look cheap or thin. I was pleasantly surprised.
However, given that their email address doesnt work, nor the telephone number and they don't reply to Instagram messages , I have given 2 stars

Ordered a Dustin fleece bomer jacket as a gift for my son.. it EVENTUALLY arrived, nasty ,cheaply made nothing like the photos . Very misleading awful just awful. Will never get anything from these people again ..waited forever as came from China...I should of known
