Products ordered never arrive. No way to get in touch with them, email and phone numbers do not work. Advertising through google and various other platforms. Very convincing scam. Unfortunately CCard provider not interest in refunding money paid even though products never arrived.

would not even give one star! the jacket that turned up was not the jacket ordered...not even the same colour or anywhere near the style...ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING!! extremely poor quality.....completely ripped off! will see if they give a refund! wish I had looked at the reviews beforehand like I normally do! emailed and will see if they contact me...disgusting ! update and seriously gets worse! no response whatsoever.....no surprise ! but WAIT FOR THIS! there was a review apparently from me giving 5 stars saying never a problem blah blah blah from 2023!!.....I had only put 2 reviews a couple of days ago and never used them before! and I could not add again to say no contact at all and no refund arriving by the looks of it...I have had to edit this post! but I have deleted the 3rd review....FAKE REVIEW!!!! this is bad!

This is a fraudulent website, with fake support email ids and a fake support number. The registered address is some dump in London. They eventually send something from China, but provide no mechanism to return, or seek a refund.

Scam company based in China. Hope you see this. :(

I've basically been ripped off and disappointed at the lack of protection from these scams.

when order turned up it was nothing like blouse shown, also it would not have fitted me at all very cheap looking material. How do these people get away with this sort of scamming I have just read other people's experience and it matches mine, no email address exist for vilamora and the same with tel: number how can this type of scam still carry on it needs to be stopped!

Tried to cancel my order when it was duplicated (by their systems) within the 1 hour cancellation window - emailed and messaged using Insta and also completed the contact us form on their website. Also tried to call the number on their website - no-one answers. Emails bounce back. Heard nothing apart from a black friday discount code for further orders. Orders arrived today - items are cheap and nasty. My advice would be to keep well away from using this company

Ordered flannel shirt said it was soft and cosy and it’s stiff and scratchy and took ages to arrive. Total rip off and nothing like advertised

Ordered a blouse and then got asked do I want 15% off my nex item. Thinking this was for different item I said yes but it then ordered me another of the same item ! Tried to cancel but was too late and the second payment went through! Items arrived 2 weeks later nothing like the website image!!!tried to email customer services to arrange retun but email address didn't exist!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I AM NOW OUT OF POCKET BY £55 AND WILL NOT WEAR THE ITEM AND WILL BE GIVING BOTH TO THE LOCAL CHARITY SHOP AND HOPEFILLY SOMEONE BUYS THEM AND THE CHARTITY MAKES A BIT OF MONEY. Does anyone know why the contact details for this company isn't working. The email and telephone number are both not working. The returns cannot be done online like most retailers. I checked the company's house entry so it does exist. If anyone from the company sees this please can you do something so customers can return items to you immediately. This is unacceptable business practice. Will keep checking the website to see if the Vilamora does the right thing.

Terrible company. Sent items back £80 also £12.99 shipping because you have to send back to China which this is not stated when ordering it states London address. Tried to get money back but emails keep bouncing back also tried calling phone not working. I am now out of pocket by £80 this company should be stopped , bank and everyone else now this is a scam but nothing can be done . Disgrace of a company and the person behind this scam.

There should be negative stars for this company. The email just bounces everything back and the item sent out is shoddy, undersized and not worth the effort. There should be laws to prevent companies like this ripping people off.

Trying to get a return done, there delaying saying wrong email address when I’ve clicked on link for a return. Think there delaying so it’s too late to return. Don’t buy off them!

My shoes were faulty, customer care ignored me. Finally I was told production would contact me, however four months on no one has. Now my emails are bouncing back. This company should be shut down and made to pay back the money they owe their unhappy customers. A disgusting company, please don’t buy from them.
