Poor customer care
International customer (UK);
Dreadful customer care- prefer you to discuss any issues with e-global (who deal with their international deliveries) however they have no contact details ...
Costly returns -either choose DHL which will cost you £27 or other method but will incur costs also.
Nice clothes and fairly decent delivery time but I am now unlikely to order from their website as the customer care is so unsatisfactory and a hassle-Harvey Nichols have a good selection of Vince clothing as do net a porter
