I have been wearing Vincero watches for 4-5 years now. The watches are very high quality for the price. Much better than any citizen or fossil watch. They last and retain their quality. But what really stands out is the customer service. They always respond within minutes like I’ve just purchased a $50k watch. I recently had a small issue with my most recent watch. They responded immediately and remedied the situation. I cannot say enough about this brand and quality. I’m enjoying my 3rd watch and can’t wait to purchase more.

Cool, exclusive, great looking watches. I just got my second one, a Chrono S2 with dark olive dial. I had my first one a few years ago, a Kairos with blue dial. Excellent big watches.

The customer service was very responsive and respectful! The watch itself I got the apex and it’s extremely great for the price, Looks amazing, and has a good feel on the wrist. If you’re looking to get a watch that feels amazing all around without spending a fortune- I’d say these are a perfect fit for you!

I received my first Vincero Watch(the Rogue) as a gift from a previous employer, since then I have purchased 3 other watches, each watch always receives complements on how great they look.

Ordered a necklace from them. It was complete trash. The necklace band itself was like a super cheap wax string and the round metal piece on it was pathetic…way small. This product literally prob cost them like $1 to make. I paid $70 for this pos. I tried to return it and they want a ridiculous restocking fee. Avoid this shady company!

I have 4 Vincero watches, the latest seeing the Argo automatic. I have had numerous compliments on it already. Just the classic divers watch. Very high quality at this price point. Will definitely be adding more to the collection.

I’ve bought a few of vincero watches over the years and was reasonably happy with the watches for the price. Earlier this year, the hands on one of my watches came loose so I emailed vincero about their warranty as directed on their website. I’ve sent multiple emails and 5 months later, I still have not received a response. Very disappointing and I will no longer purchase or recommend vincero watches

It is a beautiful item. I had an issue and support was incredible with the help, fast reply, and fast solutions. They really focus on happy customers. Definitely recommend this shop and I will buy again from them.

This is my first purchase with Vincero and so far I have been pleased with my purchases. I bought all three of The Quantum Auto series watches and they did not disappoint. I look forward to another purchase for sure.

We have ordered watches from them several times to give as gifts to our employees. They are beautiful watches and highly valued by those who receive them. The company has been great to work with. We inadvertently did not complete the order for engraving, but they were very accommodating to us, allowing us to return the plain one and reorder one with engraving.

I received my dream watch and Eros large face watch. Love the style, quality and wonderful way it feels.

Love my watch Kairos ll. It is simple , beautiful and looks very classy. It is light on the wrist with a great fit but well made. The leather watch band is so comfortable. I have bought 3 more watches since this one. The company itself is great at getting back
to you in a timely fashion if you have questions, sometimes within minutes.

I bought my new watch form them the beginning of august this year and I couldn't have been happier about it. The watch looks beautiful and is really nice to wear. Furthermore the ddelivery went fast and flawless which I can't say about everything I've bought online.

I love this watch. It's elegant, understated and very comfortable to wear. It's also easy to read at a glance. I love the subtle colour combination of rose and taupe - it goes with everything!

Compliments on my watch
I regularly receive compliments on looks of my Vincero watches! However, the last compliment came from a jeweler. He changed the battery in my watch and when I went to pick it up he asked me where I got and that he was interested in getting one. He stated that he sees a lot of watches that look great on the outside but are cheap on the inside. He was highly impressed by the quality of the mechanics inside my Vincero watch. This from a jeweler with 7 lines the he could choose from, many of which were 10 times the price
