Order a football shirt in early February and still haven’t received! I have emailed several times with no response SCAM

Company will RIP you off. Branded items missing logos, stinks, disgusting, stained. Purchased November 2025 and still fighting for my money back. They promise but never pay you back. Have taken it further. DO NOT BUY!!!

Sadly the reviews are correct, a complete scam. Don’t waste your time or money. I just wish I went on here before ordering!

Coming up on a quarter of a year now since I placed my order, sent them my money and have still not received the package. I have been lead on by customer service who are seemingly AI saying they will prioritise my issue with no follow up email. It’s disgusting frankly. Do not buy from this company.

Terrible service, products and communication. I ended up visiting their ‘business premises’ (a warehouse on a farm). No signs of life. Loads of rubbish outside and deliveries on the doorstep unopened. I’m so annoyed I was taken in by these scammers and wasted my money.

I placed an order for a retro football shirt for my son that he wanted to buy with his birthday money on 28/2/26, tracking got as far as to dispatch on 3/3/26 since then NOTHING. I’ve emailed daily with no response, I’ve messaged on their instagram account and was told they’d get back to me, THEY HAVENT, I’ve messaged on their fb too but again NO RESPONSE. My son is absolutely heartbroken that he’s lost his money so will be trying to claim back via PayPal. Don’t waste your hard earned cash on these pieces of dog turds. I hope there’s a special place waiting for them when they meet their maker…..

Like many others, I wish I read the reviews first before buying anything. I requested to have my order cancelled before they sent out my item, after some confusion, I was told they would look into my request. Several weeks later the item was finally sent, it turned up the incorrect colour, clearly fake and didn’t fit, so it was sent back. I’ve been waiting for a refund for weeks, and they no longer reply to my emails. I’ve requested a chargeback with my bank, and I’ll also be reporting them to trading standards as I have no idea why this company is allowed to trade. A complete and utter scam.

Rip Off Merchants!

I really wish I had looked at the reviews before I made a purchase. Item paid for and it seemed to be taking a while for delivery, emailed and they said it was on it's way.

Just as it was supposed to arrive to me I got an email in broken, barely legible requesting payment again through a PayPal link. Ignored it is it seemed like a scam and reported to Vintage Club.

I have made 4 or 5 requests for a refund now as the item is still undelivered as apparently there is a payment issue, yet I have evidence it has been paid for.

I have now had to make a claim via my bank. Do not waste your time with these con artists.

Absolutely shocking! Bought a bundle of 3 football shirts for £79.99 and the quality I was sent was embarrassing extremely fake tshirts probably cost no more than 50p to make so I sent them back and haven’t received my refund yet and irs been over 6 weeks. Avoid at all costs!!!!

Simple. I ordered three retro football tops at £80.00. I never received them & I've emailed 5 times over a 2 week period. Nothing! No response...Nothing. Avoid this site like the plague. That's my birthday cash stolen by vintage club. My grandchildren chipped in together to gift me that money! Karma for thieves!!

20 days after order still not received item also messaged 3 times and no reply ... shocking service

Do not order. Have been waiting 14 days since my item was ‘ready for dispatch’. No response when inquired about a refund so doing a chargeback with my card issuer instead.

Jeg kjøpte en fotballtrøye som ble markedsført som en offisiell vare. Det jeg mottok var noe helt annet – produktet kom i en enkel plastpose og fremsto som en billig kopi, lik varer fra Temu/Kina.

Selv om nettbutikken gir inntrykk av å være basert i Storbritannia, ble varen sendt direkte fra Kina, noe som ikke ble tydelig opplyst ved kjøp.

I tillegg var det flere feil på produktet (bl.a. dårlig kvalitet, løse tråder og feil på detaljer). Jeg kontaktet kundeservice 4. februar 2026 med bilder og forklaring, og fikk svar allerede dagen etter. De beklaget og lovet å sende en ny vare umiddelbart, inkludert returlapp.

Dette er utdrag fra svaret jeg fikk:

“I am arranging a replacement… I will get back to you within 24 hours with the tracking details.”

Det er nå snart over 2 måneder siden, og etter fire purringer har jeg ikke fått ett eneste svar. Jeg er rett og slett blitt ghostet.

Dette fremstår som en useriøs aktør som bevisst selger varer av dårlig kvalitet og deretter ignorerer kundene når problemer oppstår.

Konklusjon: Dette er ikke en legitim butikk. Les anmeldelser nøye og styr unna – spesielt nå som mange handler i forbindelse med VM.

Ser nå at siden for retro fotballtrøyer er "tatt ned" så de har nok blitt tatt i fjusk!

Ville uansett ikke handlet noe annet hos denne svindelbedriften.

Warning: Scam website – stay away!

I ordered a football shirt that was advertised as an official product. What I received was completely different – it arrived in a cheap plastic bag and looked like a low-quality knockoff, similar to items from Temu/China.

The company presents itself as being based in the UK, but the item was clearly shipped from China, which was not transparently disclosed at the time of purchase.

The product also had multiple defects (poor quality, loose threads, misaligned details, etc.). I contacted customer service on February 4, 2026, with photos and a full explanation. They responded quickly the next day, apologized, and promised to send a replacement immediately, including a return label.

Here is part of their reply:

“I am arranging a replacement… I will get back to you within 24 hours with the tracking details.”

That was soon over 2 months ago. I have sent four follow-up emails since then and have received no response at all. I have essentially been ghosted.

This appears to be a dishonest business selling low-quality goods and ignoring customers once issues arise.

Conclusion: This is not a legitimate store. Read reviews carefully and stay away – especially with major tournaments coming up when many people are buying jerseys.

I now see that their retro football shirt website has been taken down, so they’ve likely been caught out.

I wouldn’t have bought anything else from this scam company anyway.

Avoid at all costs. I purchased an item and it's been 'packing to dispatch' for 3 weeks. I contacted them to see what the hold up was, they apologised, I have since bought the item from another seller on Ebay and have requested a refund. They have ignored my request for over a week. Total scam. Don't waste your time.

I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing. What a terrible company I have had no order and no response when asking where my order is but they have taken my money. DO NOT use this company it is a disgrace and should not be allowed to trade I ordered in Feb

Wretched. A retail dictatorship. They accused me of fraudulent activities and deleted my ad. My items have receipts and provenance.
When you damn a person with such an accusation then back it up. Call the police, take me to court or SHUT UP

Scam Scam SCAM bradford guys !

Ordered 2 different boxes and have been told for 2 weeks that it’s in transit. I’ve tried getting in touch by emailing but still haven’t had a response after attempting a few times.
