Tina was an incredible help. She was so patient when helping us pick what we wanted and needed. There were quite a few details that Tina sorted through.
Everything shipped carefully wrapped. We are in the process of painting the pieces now and then will assemble.

The PVC bead board was easy to install…
The PVC bead board was easy to install and looks great as our kitchen backsplash. Came well packaged. Highly recommend as it has a look of quality real wood profile verses the sheet goods sold at the big box stores.

Love the products and have ordered them for years. One thing I didn't understand is why there was a permanent marker mark on the top of the base blocks I ordered. I couldn't get them off, so I'm hoping the casing covers them up.

Hemlock - beautiful! Redwood - raised grain.
I bought balusters and spandrels from them, which were just beautiful! The ones that were hemlock were absolutely flawless. My only disappointment is that the ones that were redwood had raised grain on them. I'm not sure what would cause this. Perhaps they were made when the wood was still a bit green, and it shrank afterwards, thus raising the grain.
Overall though, I am quite pleased.
