Shipping Charge Changed
Notified 9 days after placing order that the shipping charge changed from $14.99 to $50.24. This did not seem to affect the delivery date, however. Otherwise great customer service & product quality. On-time delivery as well.

Yes, I did see the price was subject to change. Nearly quadrupling the ship charge wasn't expected especially considering the high price for the product to begin with... Also, not getting notified until 9 days later forced our hand due to the time-sensitive nature of the order

Awesome Door
Product looks amazing. I love the build quality the speed at which it was received and the people I interacted with were super nice and easy to talk to. I’d give it a 5 star, but when I ordered my door I asked if I needed to accommodate for a gap so that it would fit in my opening since it was a very custom size. I was told no the gap would get created in the making of the door. So I gave the Gap size dimensions and sure enough I got the gap dimensions and had to modify my new door to fit. I also which I could have gotten the door with mortisings already taken care of.

I ordered scrollwork, a screen door, and gable decor 15 years ago. We just updated the outside of our home again. I reordered everything but a screen door. It’s all new pvc product. Painted up like a dream! Vintage Woodwork did it again!

The 3/8 beadboard did not meet my expectations
The 3/8 beadboard is very thin and flimsy. It's very difficult to piece together. The tongue is like a piece of cardboard, breaks very easily. 2 pieces were 2 inches short. I'll go to me local lumberyard next time.

Yes, we agree shipping is more than it used to be. We work hard to get all the discounts we can from our shipping companies and try to hold shipping cost down anyway we can. Even so, what we charge for shipping is typically less than what it actually cost us to ship an order.
However, the reality is, for small companies like ours, we have to charge something close to what it cost us to ship or else increase the price of our products to "hide" the shipping cost. We've chosen to keep our product prices as low as possible and still produce a quality product. What we charge our customers for shipping is typically less than what it actually cost us to ship an order.

Received my trim boards in perfect…
Received my trim boards in perfect condition. They were packaged very carefully so no damage would occur. Used the Azek Trim boards to replace trim on my chimney. Used Cortex Plug and Screw Kit. Great products.
