Chestnut countertop
I wanted a Chestnut countertop for my kitchen work area. Since I didn't have the cabinets installed,I was not able to give exact dimensions. I also wanted no finish, since I was unsure of what would look best. Vintage made a nice counter top oversized that I cut and finished with pure tung oil. We have had many compliments and we are extremely happy! I plan on having them make more things in the future.

Had a delivery glitch---They jumped on it and came through
Had a glitch where a shipment was missing a length of special molding. I told them, and they immediately apologized, and promised to take care of it.
They delivered it to me within a week, faster than they had promised, so it did not hold anything up!
It wasn't a big order, but they jumped on it.

No junk here!
Needed to replace a few rotted balusters. These where a perfect fit and of very high quality. Here you will get what you pay for. Sure the boxstores carry them at a lower price but were complete junk and did not match with what I had at all. So I sucked it up, paid the extra and do not regret it one bit.

Product design and workmanship is excellent.
Product design and workmanship is excellent. Process of placing an order was slower than I wanted; but it's purpose, to ensure that all agree upon what is to be built and at what cost, was worth the delay. I reviewed their product against what I could get from the a bigger vintage wood working company, with a big online footprint, and found that Adams Architectural millwork offer superior design.

All casing models and lengths arrived as ordered. Packaging was sufficient to survive common carrier handling and fork lift damage. Customer service was prompt and responsive to my inquiries. Extra effort to reduce shipping costs was appreciated. Like this company and the people working there.
