Lovely watch easy to set up from your mobile phone and easy to use.

I love this watch so sleek and slim and love the quality and options it gives just like my other smart watch only this was a fraction of the cost. love it

I bought the watch then after 2 months, the charger wouldn't charge. I showed pictures which showed one of the nodules had sunk down so couldn't connect. They advised me what to do. It didn't work so they said they would send me a replacement charger. It never came and the emails stopped. I have tried so many times to get a replacement charger through but just silence. I wouldn't buy of them abd try a trust worthy product/company.

No response from customer service. Clearly a dropshipping company - same watch on Temu for $49.95, look for it, you'll find the gold watch and pink cheap shitty plastic band combo.

Watch is quite large and I have small wrists, looked odd. Emailed and asked for a refund. Response was positive and reassuring. Wanted reason for return, photo and date received. I forwarded this information. Now, nothing. I have sent 4 more messages and none have been acknowledged!!!!!!

This watch is magnificent! Just as described and at a great price. I am definitely happy with this purchase!

This is the worst company I have ever seen. I ordered a watch by mistake not realizing I had two. I immediately canceled the order... I sent several emails. This was back in the late part of Nov 2025. Today is Dec 30,2025. I have not heard from this company yet.

Beautiful watch, I love it

The watch lasts as long as advertised and is beautiful. It also is a great alternative to the Apple Watch for the way I want to use it. The price point is excellent and I’m loving it!

I bought a watch from them and I am well within my 14 days to return the product. I am told that they are not accepting "change of mind" returns as I live in Canada. What kind or Mickey Mouse retail organization are you running that you don't accept returns? I took the watch out of the package, realized that it isn't what I was looking for and promptly put it back in the package. Are your sales that poor that you're afraid you won't be able to sell it? I am always worried about buying things online as you don't get the real feel of what you're getting but this is the first time I have run into a company that doesn't give refunds. Beware to all that may be thinking of buying products from this company!

This watch is amazing and looks very classy. Lots of options and I love that I can make and receive phone calls. It’s a watch you can wear to work out and wear dressed up!

I love my watch. The only annoying thing is that every time it reconnects to my phone the sound goes from my phone to the watch. It happens several times a day which I do not like. But other then that it has been really great for my fitness and does everything I need it to.

This product did not work and I have been in contact now for 10 months trying to rectify and get a refund , They ask the same questions, which I have shared multiple times, I want my refund asap. Contacted again today due to no communication for 10 weeks.Ongoing since 30 January

I bought this watch because of the slim design. It has all the features I wanted and is easy to use. I like having different watch faces just for fun. The band is very comfortable and much more adjustable than other bands. I bought the silver version because it looks classy.

This watch is everything it is advertised to be. Perfect for me due to my small wrist. Elegant description is on point, many option for the face of the watch as well as exercise tracking.
However, the charger did come apart and when I tried finding it on the website, I had no luck. Therefore, I ordered one online and it didn't work. I almost discarded the watch but instead I reached out to customer service, explained my issue. They sent me back to the website's accessories link, and there was the charger. Of course, I placed my order, and I am back in business. I truly love this watch.
