I placed my first order of Viome supplements in early March 2026 with a 1-2 week delivery estimate. The supplements didn't even ship for over a month after I placed the order. There were no updates from Viome for 32 days. I regularly logged into my Viome account to check the status, but when I selected my subscription, the website produced an error. When I checked my subscriptions today, the website still said, "Something went wrong. Please try again later."
I finally received my supplements a few days ago, which is why I'm rating Viome a 2 instead of a 1, but the company has provided exceptionally poor service and communication. I haven't even started taking the supplements because I started a different regimen after waiting so long for the Viome order to ship.

I appreciate knowing what I need to eat to gain optimum health! It would be more helpful if any drug interactions would include the name of the actual medication! My doctors don’t know which medication I may have an issue with & certain foods or spices! My probiotics are helping to reduce side effects of my chemo therapy!

Maybe I don't fully understand he process or I'm getting spoiled by next-day delivery but 12 days from the time an order is placed until it gets to the shipping department for an additional 5 to 7 day trip to my house seems a bit excessive for what I hope is a completely automated process. My formulas have been in the system for over a year so I would think it would be a matter of inputting my name and hit the go button once my order is placed and my credit card charge clears. Again, I love the product, on-line support and customer service.

After a year, taking viome supplements, I am definitely seeing major improvements. Precision on my supplements it’s very important to me however, the timeline in which you operate is unacceptable. The testing takes way too long and the creation of personal supplementation takes way too long. I have recently noticed that you are spending an extra extraordinary amount of money on advertising for new clients and it is my desire that you put that extra money into running more efficiently.
