Great Product with continuous up-to-date threat protection

Great Product with continuous threat evaluations and updates to catch and quarantine new viruses and malware as these materialize. Simple and easy to use and set up both auto and manual scans. Thank you to the all of the Vipre employees and programmers for helping to protect my family’s computer and electronic information.

Plus and Minus gets them 4 stars

Plus: Vipre does have people in the USA who you can call on the phone for help and they will help you, included in the price of service,
Minus: It took over a week to get someone on the phone and another 5 days to fix the issue.

I have had Vipre Security now going on 8 years, it is very good, they have kept my computer at my home free from harm, I will continue to use their product.

stop with the Vipre pop-ups PLEASE!!!

Your service is really good, but the annoying pop-ups from Vipre drive me crazy! I am already on automatic renewal , so the pop-ups are unnecessary. Please stop them! Your reply was not helpful at all -- it is not pop-ups in general, it is Vipre pop-ups reminding about renewal that are so annoying!!!

I've cancelled your service three…

I've cancelled your service three times. I have a different service that came with the my new computer. But you keep billing me on a credit card number that you now use illegally. STOP STOP STOP.

I've reported you to my credit card company and will not pay your fee. So listen up, follow instructions, and quit auto-billing people. Its fraud and against the law.

Next call is to state AG consumer fraud office.

Support if horrible

Support when there is a problem was extremely poor and just a way for Vipre to make more money. Simple questions received ridiculous answers. Like changing the rules to loosen up the firewall so there wouldn't be notification when the SW detected a possible attack. I was a customer for years. There are much better options out there.
