Nice trick to make money and fool users
I subscribed for trial version
But later discovered my credit card was charged 99usd. This is a day robbery of users. When I approached viral launch customer care, they say since I subscribed for trial version, it is understood that I have given acceptance for charging my credit card. This is a unethical way of doing business. I am totally dissatisfied and felt cheated.

Viral launch sends to email communications to its subscribers before renewing and charging for their subscription. Emails will be sent 31 days and seven days before subscription renewal. An additional email will be sent after the renewal has been successful.
Viral launch has the same refund policies as it’s competitors. You can cancel future auto-renewals by using the menu to your left, navigating to Home > Billing. As users are notified via email 7 days before each renewal, following any cancelation you maintain access through the remainder of the billing period, subscriptions are non-refundable.
I used to like it but have now moved on…
I used to like it but have now moved on to other software to manage my Amazon business. Feels like it's fallen way behind over the past few years. Bummer!

Good tool to search brands selling and their products. However, when it comes to revenue data and data refreshes, it falls way short. I shouldn't have to ask for data refreshes - this should be incorporated so that this is automatic. And the revenue data is way off. When calculating annual revenue for brands and speaking with them, the gap is usually large enough to inhibit the brand from working with us.

Critical information on products a must have.
This is a great way for gathering critical information on products you wish to sell.
The site breaks information down into manageable chunks, that can be easily absorbed.
But I would suggest using it for a month, gather as much information (products) then moving from there, I am not feeling the subscription model.

Too Slow and Expensive
I stopped using Viral Launch. They stopped their YouTube videos and their software overall seemed slow and not as trustworthy as it used to be. It takes a long time to pull data for their chrome extension as opposed to other apps such as JungleScout and Helium 10. Also their price is too high for the speed and everything.
I also learned their founder was forced out of his company, hence there were no more interesting YouTube videos. I LOVED Casey’s videos and his passion and very data rich videos.
Overall it feels like they are on the downhill of going out of business. I think Helium 10 and JungleScout are more reliable these days.

I have found the data extremely unreliable for brand sales.

Paid for a service I can not use for Amazon Australia
I paid $1500 AU for the annual subscription. I discovered the subscription cannot be used for Amazon Australia which is where I live and wanted to start my business. Viral Launch will not refund the money. Very disappointing. The link page I checked out from was recommended on an Amazon tutorial online, nothing there about Australia, I would have seen it and no free trial offered either. Viral launch are total scammers.
