After many week's of waiting for my product I got an email confirming delivery had been made.
No, this was not the case. I emailed Virella.
Virella did not respond to my emails when being told my item has never arrived but tracking status says delivered. I even thought ask for the item again it but priority postage from China? Nothing, no response. Would not recommend 😕
